In small residence ideally located and secure:

- 300m walk (5-10 min) from the thermal baths, 50m from the free ski shuttle to Sancy (possible return by track 50m from the residence) 100m from a ski hire, snowshoeing, 200m from all shops, Bowling, Casino, Ice rink. Fishing line 10 minutes by car.

- Studio crossing 24.26 m² on the ground, decorated with care, on the last floor 2/2. Separate bedroom bed 2 pers (Bultex mattress) wardrobe - wardrobe - iron + 1 cot + high chair if needed.

- bath / shower, washbasin, WC.

- Kitchen area with table, fully equipped (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, gas fire, nice dishes ...) + TV.

- Possibility of a 3rd sleeping, arranged in sub slope 90cm with small corner bedside.

- Secured courtyard with garden furniture in the summer + linen yarn.

- Sunny all day, calm (river side Dordogne).

- Public parking cleared with 100m, local ski and bicycle.
