However, if you didn't know how to make it work, you could have called me or Mrs. Elena who lives opposite the apartment to have her explain how to use it without suffering unnecessarily from the heat. Regarding the lack of Internet connection, which was present on the VRBO website, as I had already explained to you, unfortunately it was an error by VRBO which moved the data to another platform and made errors in data compensation including the internet . To make up for this inconvenience, and through no fault of my own, I still proposed that I personally reimburse you for a French internet card that you could easily purchase on site. Monsieur Morin, si votre avis n'était pas affecté par votre demande de remboursement financier pour "être moins sévère dans l'évaluation de mon appartement", je pourrais en tenir compte mais en réalité ce n'est qu'un misérable chantage. La saleté sur la vaisselle et les casseroles a été totalement inventée qu'en connaissant l'attention obsessionnelle que Mme Elena applique au nettoyage de l'appartement comme tous mes invités ont pu le constater. Pour toutes les autres critiques, comme je vous l'ai déjà dit, j'ai contacté le service d'hébergement de VRBO avec qui j'ai fait une revue complète de la description de mon appartement à la fois pour la climatisation et Internet qui a montré qu'aussi bien en italien qu'en français (ABRITEL) les termes et descriptions correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Le seul élément dissonant est le bain à remous que je n'ai jamais inséré mais qui, on m'a confirmé VRBO, était une erreur VRBO de transfert de données vers un nouveau système de pleine responsabilité VRBO. Vos réclamations sont donc probablement le résultat d'une mauvaise lecture du descriptif de mon appartement et d'une erreur de VRBO ou de votre mauvaise foi. D'un autre côté, son manque de respect à notre égard s'est déjà manifesté dans un premier temps en se présentant avec deux heures de retard à l'enregistrement, en obligeant l'employé à se tenir debout dans la rue devant la maison et en justifiant ensuite son retard par le fait que sa femme venait d'un salon de coiffure. Sulla scheda dell’appartamento di Homeaway è chiaramente indicato che non ci sono né WI-Fi, né aria condizionata ma ventilatori, non c’è il bollitore e il tennis è vicino a casa ma non compreso nell’affitto. Probabilmente Gary Williams non ha letto con attenzione la scheda. Prima di ogni permanenza di nuovi ospiti testiamo sempre tutti gli elettrodomestici e prima dell’arrivo di Gary Williams risultavano tutti funzionanti. Ho verificato di persona anche dopo la permanenza di Gary Williams: sia i ventilatori, che il tostapane che lo scarico della doccia funzionavano perfettamente. In merito al codice di accesso: all’arrivo dei clienti diamo sempre il codice di accesso, quando Gary Williams ha telefonato alle 10 di sera per averlo nuovamente, (probabilmente lo aveva perso?) l’addetta lo ha fornito immediatamente. Pertanto nessun ritardo. Peraltro le spese di pulizia dopo il soggiorno di Gary Williams e del suo amico hanno avuto un costo doppio allo standard per le condizioni in cui è stato lasciato l’appartamento. Avant l'arrivée de Gary Williams, ils travaillaient tous. Je me suis vérifié après le séjour de Gary Williams: les ventilateurs, le grille-pain et le siphon de douche fonctionnaient parfaitement. En ce qui concerne le code d'accès: lorsque les clients arrivent, nous le communiquons toujours. Gary Williams a appelé à 22 heures pour le récupérer. Il l'a probablement perdu. L'employé l'a immédiatement fourni. Donc pas de retard. De plus, les frais de nettoyage après le séjour de Gary Williams et de son ami avaient un double coût par rapport à la norme pour les conditions dans lesquelles l'appartement a été laissé. Gentile Sigra Elisabetta sono dispiaciuto non abbia avuto una completa soddisfazione dal suo soggiorno nel mio appartamento. Normalmente la casa è ventilata e non è particolarmente calda ma probabilmente il suo periodo è stato particolarmente afoso. E' comunque in progetto l'installazione di aria condizionata per i periodi eccezionalmente caldi. Anche il WIFI sarà installato prossimamente. A mia discolpa devo però specificare che nella descrizione dell'appartamento è specificato che non c'è nè WIFI nè aria condizionata. Spero di averla nuovamente mia ospite con le nuove migliorie.
