Pico Mountain, Killington's 'little sister', offers great skiing and riding in an intimate mountain setting with 6 lifts and almost 20 miles of trails to choose from. It is a great place for families who want to be away from the crowds of the bigger and more well-known mountain at Killington.
This slope-side ski-in/ski-out condo featuring 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms is probably the closest to the lift that you can get (a mere 100 feet from the back door to Little Pico Triple lift, from which you can access the entire mountain). Once inside this ground floor Condo you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable: a generous entrance area with plenty of space to hang/store all your ski kit and keep them clean in a stackable clothes washer/dryer, full kitchen amenities (cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker), breakfast bar seating for 4, an open-plan family space with wood-burning fireplace where you can relax in front of a 60-inch flat screen TV, plus WiFi & cable. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a sliding door to the patio that overlooks the slopes, and has direct access to a shared hallway bathroom. A second bedroom has sleeping for 3 in a twin bed and twin bunkbeds. The third bedroom has a private en suite bathroom and can sleep up to 3 in a twin over double bunkbed.
Whether you are here to ski or just to enjoy the area, you can relax at the Pico Sport Center (there is an extra charge), featuring a 75-foot indoor heated pool, 2 dry heat saunas, yoga classes and much more. Pico also offers a shuttle bus to Killington main basin during the day (it's a short 10 minute drive away).

The Village Square at Pico Condo Association is a family-oriented community primarily used by owners and committed to the peaceful, safe and quiet enjoyment of their residences. While the Association allows rentals and encourages guests to enjoy their visit, they have implemented certain rules related to the use and enjoyment of the units. These rules allow the Association to issue fines and take other actions particularly as it relates to the enforcement of the minimum age requirement of 25, "Quiet Hours" from 9pm until 8am and their no pet policy. The Association will try to resolve issues through the owner or rental agency in the first instance but reserves the right to take action in real time as circumstances require. In short, please respect your neighbors while you are a guest in these condos.
