This cottage is located in a very privileged and exceptional setting (site listed as a natural monument). It is 10 meters from a 2-hectare fish pond which he shares with the owner (or another tenant) and a bank of which is reserved for him. It is located at the foot of the hill housing the Sybille caves in the heart of 13 ha of meadows and forests. The village is about 1.5 km
Cottage of 59 m2 on two floors:
 R. d.c: kitchen / living room (convertible 2 people) fireplace. Refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob with two burners, dishwasher, oven and microwave, filter coffee maker + nespresso coffee maker, toaster, television, DVD player, landline telephone.
Upstairs: 1st bedroom: double bed 160 * 200 or 2 80 * 200 beds, 2nd bedroom: double bed 140 * 190, bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet.
Outdoor terrace with table, benches, parasol and barbecue. Deck chairs
Well water, WIFI connection, white area for phones on a large part of the property with some accessible places, provide access by WIFI on phones.
Oil central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor)
From the gîte access to the pond and the surrounding forest. Boat available. A hiking trail passes in front of the gîte.
Fishing is practiced without a card, respecting the fish and rejecting the catch in the pond. The pond contains a lot of carp and several small fish (roach, bream, perch) some predators have already been caught there but there are few (pike, pike perch, blackbass)
Pets may be allowed after agreement of the owner.
