About this property

Casa Blanca CB-205 The Turning Tide Ocean View with WIFI

Casa Blanca is a great resort, within a short walking distance from the beach. It is the only resort with a small golf course right in the resort. You will have 2 pools, one near the units and another one, right in front of the beach. You are right next to Princesa where you will find Collin´s restaurant and a convenience store. The resort itself is a beautiful place, in the most exclusive beach in Rocky Point. Even though SOME AREAS ARE STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION, the resort has a lot to offer.

The beautiful unit with a Mediterranean style feels to it. The living room set is a very comfortable soft sofa set in a bright red wine tone. There also is a box coffee table. To tie up the room this is sitting on a red space rug and it has a side table with a lamp on top. The dining room has beautiful dining set with a rectangular wood table and a set of 6 chairs with cushions in the same color as the living room set. As well as the three countertop tall chairs which are also cushioned in the same color. The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped to make a gourmet dinner or just a simple pb&j sandwich (ingredients not included). You will also have a laundry room with washer, dryer and enough storage space. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and two Mexican wood side tables with a lamp on each side. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a two-sink vanity and granite countertops. The guest bedroom has two individual beds and a night table between them with a lamp. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom. To go out to the balcony just open the sliding door in the living room. You will come out to a beautiful terrace, excellent to have the morning coffee or afternoon drinks, on the comfortable rectangular wrought iron table with tile top and the 6 chairs.

This unit has a great view of the resort and the ocean. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and with these amazing views. Enjoy the many activities you can do in this amazing town. Once you are in our condo you never want to leave!

Great place

Very nice overall. Minor issues with some bulbs being burned out, ice maker not working and short on wash clothes. New patio furniture would be a plus.

It was a nice place but the wifi would not connect to any of my devices and the remote controls did not have batteries and the direct did work in the living room

The place was nice but none of the TV’s worked and the internet didn’t work at all. Also house keeping didn’t clean the rooms or made the beds as promised.

It would have been great except…

Unfortunately we both forgot to lock the front door, at 3am someone was in the condo while we were sleeping and left the front door wide open. My roommate was awoken bc her bedroom door was opened and she saw “someone” with a flash light walk by on the way out and front door was wide open. The people at the gate said they saw a suspicious person enter the property and went to check on it, thank God bc the person inside the condo heard them coming and left. My recommendation is stay in a condo inside the gate, this condo was not, anyone could have walked up. Probably someone checking the door and ours was open.

Microwave on top of stove not working, door frame main entrance broken, paint in restrooms Chipped. Rooms walls need paint job. I hope they take care of this, I’m willing to visit this place again.

As Expected

The place was clean and nice, but the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. Also, the guest room shower did not work. We would stay there again.

Relaxing Break

The property was clean and had the towels/kitchen necessities as described in the listing. The master bed could be more comfortable and the condo could use some minor painting. Condo was safe, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and easy walk down to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
