Enjoy beach life in this top floor beachfront two bedroom two bath condo with strong ocean views from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It is conveniently located right next to the elevator. Enjoy your coffee watching beautiful sunrises from the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The Living Room has a 50" HD TV with a sectional couch with multiple recliners. You will love the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, 40" HD TV and en suite master bath. Guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals from home. Keep the full size refrigerator stocked with your favorite drinks from the nearby stores. Use the full size stove and microwave to cook and the dishwasher to clean up after. There is even a crock-pot you can use to have your meal cooking all day while you enjoy the beach and attractions. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants close by. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a bathtub/shower. You will find beach chairs a 10’x10’ canopy and an umbrella in the guest bedroom closet for your beach use. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have high speed Internet with a convenient desk in the master bedroom. Enjoy on-site tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts and shuffleboard while barbequing on one of the nearby grills in this secure gated complex. This condo is located 5 miles south of historic St Augustine, also known as the Ancient City. Located on Anastasia Island we are 1/2 hour from the Daytona speedway, and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando.

My wife and I have stayed in several vacation condos all over the country and at many in the St Augustine area and this unit may be our favorite. Lots of space, a great view, responsive owners and everything was provided in the unit that we could have wanted. There was even a cast iron skillet and the puzzle in the unit had all of the pieces! It is in a great location with great amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very quiet and safe. The pool was very nice. The grounds were beautiful. It was a very short walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Beach Getaway

The property was beautiful, quiet and well maintained with friendly neighbors. The pool was clean, not overcrowded and the beach was an easy walk away. Very convenient for me since it was close to the elevator. It had a great view of the pool and the beach. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! The queen bed in the second bedroom is where I slept and the bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was also nice for me as a senior.

Perfect Beach Condo!

We had a great vacation on the beach in this condo. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. We were close enough to many restaurants and the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Only 15 minutes to the historic St. Augustine. Beautiful view! And very comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect spot

I was looking for a place on the beach with a pool and this placed delivered. We were very happy staying here. Great view s from the terrace every morning while having our coffee. The pool was clean and inviting. We walked to the St Augustine pier every morning ( 3 miles away). This place had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice having a washer and dryer. We recommend this place .

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to northeast Florida since the 80's. We love, love, love this beach! It is wide and rarely crowded. We love this property because it is a small complex and the pool is never crowded and is private. This condo is right next door to a beach access and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.

What makes this property unique

Being on the top floor allows for better views the beach and ocean with less distractions.
