Enjoy beach life in this top floor beachfront two bedroom two bath condo with strong ocean views from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom. It is conveniently located right next to the elevator. Enjoy your coffee watching beautiful sunrises from the balcony overlooking the pool & ocean. The Living Room has a 50" HD TV with a sectional couch with multiple recliners. You will love the master bedroom with a king memory foam mattress, 40" HD TV and en suite master bath. Guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your favorite meals from home. Keep the full size refrigerator stocked with your favorite drinks from the nearby stores. Use the full size stove and microwave to cook and the dishwasher to clean up after. There is even a crock-pot you can use to have your meal cooking all day while you enjoy the beach and attractions. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants close by. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bathroom has a bathtub/shower. You will find beach chairs a 10’x10’ canopy and an umbrella in the guest bedroom closet for your beach use. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. We have high speed Internet with a convenient desk in the master bedroom. Enjoy on-site tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts and shuffleboard while barbequing on one of the nearby grills in this secure gated complex. This condo is located 5 miles south of historic St Augustine, also known as the Ancient City. Located on Anastasia Island we are 1/2 hour from the Daytona speedway, and 1 1/2 hours from Orlando.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Booking was easy and condo was comfortable. Maintenance and on-site office staff were unpleasant, but otherwise the condo itself, the property owners, and the location were great! Will come again.

Very convenient for me since it was close to the elevator. It had a great view of the pool and the beach. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! The queen bed in the second bedroom is where I slept and the bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was also nice for me as a senior.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and I wish our stay was longer. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, refreshing pool, comfortable beds and newly updated decor. We enjoyed the beach chairs, toys and umbrella provided. Several excellent restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed bring close but not too close to the business of downtown St Augustine.

Quiet Oasis

This property was the perfect get away after a hectic week in Orlando. The beach is soft and beautiful and located on the quiet end of St. Augustine. The property and condo are well maintained, but some areas are dated and could use an upgrade. Overall a lovely place for those looking to get away.

Our Second Stay in the Unit

We came back for a second stay in the same unit as our first trip was so wonderful. Once again, the location is spectacular, the grounds well kept, the unit is spotless and well apportioned, and the view from the balcony is terrific. Great pool, great beach access and great location. An excellent way to experience St. Augustine Beach.

Great vacation in St Augustine Beach!

The condo was spacious and had everything you need to be on vacation at the beach and the pool! We didn’t need to to bring anything outside of ourselves and our clothes! A spectacular vacation experience.

A spectacular vacation experience. Unit is spacious, well apportioned, and spotless. Unit was close to the elevator and stairs and had a great view of the pool and ocean. The grounds are in excellent shape and the pool was lovely. Short walk to a terrific beach. Location is perfect for a walk up to A1A Blvd. to sample the Oasis Deck and Restaurant and Zaharias Restaurant. A quick drive or Uber ride into the old City. We were sorry we only had four days to enjoy. A great place!

Great beach condo

This property is exactly as stated. The location is great with an easy walk to the beach. The balcony was terrific and seemed to have shade this time of year in the morning and the evening. The sectional was very comfy as was the bed. This unit would be great for any family! Bonus to have beach chair, umbrella, coffee, basic condiments, toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels the list is long! truly walk in and start enjoying your vacation. Thank you!

Family Vacation 2023

The first thing I noticed when I opened up the door was how clean the condo was. The second thing I noticed was the kitchen. The appliances especially the washer and dryer were awesome, and the granite countertop was beautiful. I loved the wrap around sectional and big screen TV. We had a fantastic time in the condo and would rent it again next year, but unfortunately it has already been rented! I can see why!

Perfection

First off before anything, the view it's much better in person than the pictures. The ocean is much closer than it looks in thaw pictures. Perfect location, perfect view. My wife's mother has trouble walking so for her to watch her grandchild in the pool from the balcony meant a lot as well. Very family friendly and super easy beach access and parking on the beach if you choose to as well. Oasis restaurant is at the end of the road. Plenty of fishing boats out at night, and some great shells on the beach too. No shortage of those. It was truly a vacation my family will never forget. We will be back, 100%!

Why they chose this property

We've been coming to northeast Florida since the 80's. We love, love, love this beach! It is wide and rarely crowded. We love this property because it is a small complex and the pool is never crowded and is private. This condo is right next door to a beach access and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping.

Being on the top floor allows for better views the beach and ocean with less distractions.
