It consists of a main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 independent bedrooms in a beautiful garden of 5000 m2, dotted with Mediterranean flowers and olive trees, including a large pool with terrace, a petanque, a ping pong pong and parking for 4 cars.

- 1 master suite with a bed of 160 * 200, a dressing room and a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and toilet
- 1 room with bed 160 * 200 (+ 1 bed 1 to 2 people extra if needed)

- 2 independent bedrooms each with a bed of 160 * 200, a bathroom with sink and walk-in shower and a toilet

Stay:
a large living room open to the outside through 4 large windows, with a large sofa and big screen TV, a dining table for 10 people

The kitchen:
Fully equipped with crockery for 12 people, 2 ovens, 1 fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, ice machine, 1 beer printer, open to the living room.

The patio:
In the center of the main rooms, the patio equipped with garden furniture awaits you to enjoy a coffee or have an aperitif to enjoy beautiful days of the mid-season

Outside:
-The heated pool from May to the end of September of 13x7 with its beach of 2m for the youngest ones, its terrace done up of a living room of garden and 8 deckchairs, as well as parasols
-The petanque pitch of 12 * 8 awaits you near the pool with its terrace and lighting for night parties
