Absolutely Stunning

We were here for our honeymoon and the view was gorgeous. Even though there were other cabins next to us it was quiet. Inside the cabin had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

Making Memories with the kids.

Beautiful cabin! We had tons of fun, we are hoping to go back to in November or December. It is about the memories you make that will last a lifetime with your children.

Had plenty of mice droppings in (2) beds. Dangerous balcony a child could fall through one area.ll

Nothing was loved. We don't expect Cleanliness when we rent cabins anymore.

Perfect Location

We come to the area often but this is the first yeah we decided to get a cabin for our Dad’s birthday. It was close to Parkway. We also had a beautiful view and a spacious cabin. The game room was a hit with the kids. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing view and beautiful cabin

First off I will have to say the view was breathtaking and the cabin itself was spacious and very beautiful but there were several small things that took away from the overall experience. A leaking hot tub, inoperable gas grill, mouse droppings in the cabinets and 2 out of the 3 toilets needed repair. For the money I feel the property owner could have done better and the management company should hold the homeowners to a higher standard.

Great Cabin

The cabin was nice, clean. It is located up the mountain and about 9 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg and 15 minutes from Dollywood. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. The pool is located at the bottom of the mountain. The phone service was not that well.

The review wants you to tell it what you loved about the place, so we loved seeing the Bibles in the house. As for other items regarding the place and more importantly how Vacasa screwed up of our original cabin choice that we booked but did not get at the last minute due to repairs not complete that we did not even know were going on, you know how we feel in the private message we sent.

Too noisy and cabins too close

The cabin needs a deep clean, especially bathrooms. Do not stay in this area unless you are ready to hear everything from the cabins next door. Called Vacasa and sheriff and they couldn’t do anything

Less than ok

The hot tub was nasty...we cleaned it. Horrible water pressure and obvious sewage issues due to ‘slow’ flush, backups and horrendous odors. Bug in master bed...not certain, but irrelevant. Love smokies, not this cabin. Going back thanksgiving/Christmas but not to this place.

Best Views but tired and broken cabin

Views were amazing however the toilets wouldn’t flush and burped sewer smells, the furniture is worn out, fireplace screams when running, movie theater doesn’t work, outer doors are all worn with bad hardware, the outside is covered with spider webs and loose wood. Bugs and roaches all over the house. We spent time everyday killing them. As someone who grew up in a poor farmhouse, it didn’t really bother us but as someone who forked over a couple of thousand for 6 nights it wasn’t as nice as most cabins I’ve rented in the area. Lots and lots of small issues but nothing major. This cabin is a quick renovation away from being amazing.

Cabin Stay

The view of the outside and the interior were excellent. However, the cleaning, plumbing, and sofa & loveseat have a lot to be desired. The bedrooms had not been swept from underneath their beds and items such as tissues and a ziplock bag with an unknown substance was found. Additionally, a dirty pair of underway and socks along with.a Nasal cannula were found in the drawer of the armoire located in the game room. Finally, the sink on the third floor has a serious draining issue. Instead of taking the p-trap off to locate the clog, instead some moron decided to take the stopper out. Furthermore, regarding the game room, the fuse ball table is broke and two of the movie seats are broken as well.

Great views!!

The cabin itself was the perfect size, beautiful views from every balcony! In a secluded area which makes for the perfect place to relax for a few days. The cabin is definitely in need of a little tlc. Living room sofas could be updated. Some dishes we used had to be rewashed as they were dirty. Pots and pans, appliances should be replaced (blender wasn’t working). Toilet handle on upstairs bathroom constantly falls off while flushing. In addition, various light switches were not working properly, and lights were flickering. These repairs aren’t too major, but would definitely improve the quality of future guests’ stays! Apart from all that, we still had a good stay, and enjoyed some of the activities within the cabin, such as the pool table, fussball table, Pac-Man machine, and hot tub! We would stay here again in the future.

A little TLC goes a long way

Our family of 10 stayed!! First let me start by saying the home is beautiful and a great location. Absolutely breathtaking views from the balcony’s. I really don’t have anything negative to say about the home itself. The negative is the cleaning of the location. Upon arrival we had to clean the floors and in the upstairs loft there was food and trash. The bedding was torn, the couch had tears in it and the throw pillows had holes. The location list a community pool, but pool pass is needed and we did. it have them. The trash bins on the outside were overflowing. We did contact the host and were told they would come empty trash and leave pool passes. Yes, trash was emptied but we NEVER received the pool pass. With 4 grandchildren looking forward to swimming that was a little disappointing, but we made the best of it. The home is amazing, location is amazing, but the cleaning crew not so much. Some tlc would make this spot perfect.

Disappointing amenities but great view

AWESOME VIEW but some basics that were advertised were disappointing. Loft area upstairs is so dirty/dusty I wouldn’t let my kid get in it. Some glasses are dirty (hand washed or not washed in a long time). Hot tub was overfilled, so when we got in the first night water overflowed to bottom floor (still drying out next morning). Garbage outside left on top of garbage cans. Other than that, the pool table advertised has no chalk and pool cue sticks are worn out. The football table was missing a player and was “well worn”. The so-called "theater room" is a mess of wires and cheap setup... just enough to advertise a "theater room" I guess. The couches on the main level were so uncomfortable we sat on the wood dining table chairs when we just wanted to relax. On the pro side, the view is great and love all of the windows! If only we didn't have to spend 5+ minutes trying to get the deadbolts open every time we wanted to get outside to the decks. I expected for $400+ per night that basic fundamentals of rental property would be satisfied. Will use Vacasa again, but NOT at this cabin.

Absolutely beautiful location near the top of the development. The view!

My family of 5 stayed here in July 2022. We took advantage of all the amenities (games, hot tub, jacuzzi, community pool, theater area, and grill). Overall, the stay was great, but the cleaning staff and maintenance could have been better. The furniture is really old and worn, and the kids playing hide and seek found trash under and behind all kinds of stuff. That being said, we enjoyed our week and found the location ideal to visit everything we wanted to do around Pigeon Forge. We would consider staying here again if we ever vacationed in the same area.

Beautiful property

Cute little cabin up on top of a mountain. The drive up was a little scary, and the cabins are super close together. You can hear conversations going on on the cabin beside you so it’s not really private, people from the cabin beside you can see you in the hot tub, but the cabin inside is beautiful. And so is the view from the balcony.

It was great

The cabin has so much space and plenty to do on rainy days or laid back days. The kids loved the pool table and hot tub. It’s in a nice neighborhood and we felt safe there.

Great view, space, and experience

Had a great time enjoying nature while having easy access to many comfortable amenities. Despite being minutes from the touristy items, it feels incredibly remote and secluded at the property. The kids loved the Pac-Man arcade and basement amenities, while the adults could enjoy sunset in a hot tub. Had a hard time leaving.
