Located in Mal Pais, a few minutes from Santa Teresa, Nicoya Villas is a beautiful 4 villa property with a pool and teak gazebo that was just built in 2019. There is staff on site daily! Come experience our hospitality and you can check out guests reviews on our Facebook page and on Google.

Golf carts, surfboards, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Wifi & cable included. There is staff on site daily who help you book local tours and activities!!

Each unit is private, but the pool, garden and teak gazebo area are communal areas.

The entire property can be rented for Yoga/Jiu Jitsu retreats!

Beautiful oasis

This was a great unit, perfect for our family of four. The common area was a great place for the kids to swim, play ping pong and foosball. The unit was very clean, the air conditioning was such a relief to have. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There is a little market within walking distance where you could get most basic needs and food. Not too far from town, and I loved seeing monkeys in the trees in the morning! We would also walk to the beach to enjoy sunsets. Would stay again if we come back to CR.

Amazing stay

These villas are new, clean, and very comfortable. You can easily walk to the beach or rent a golf cart at the villas to go into town. This was a really great find, away from the commercial area. The pool is beautiful and there is a large shallow area where the kids can play. The lounge area has a ping pong table and games. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The staff was very helpful at check-in, always available, and super friendly. They helped us book a zip-lining tour and surf lessons. There is a small supermarket around the corner, and a nice restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking. I highly recommend this place.

I fell in love with Costa Rica especially this area of the Nicoya Peninsula. This is my second home and I look forward to coming to the Nicoya Villas very often and it really is one of the most beautiful places in the world!

We have built an excellent looking property of 4 villas with a pool and a teak house area in the beautiful tropical area of Mal Pais! Here you are across the street from the beach and close to the small fishing marina. You can watch beautiful sunsets and you are about 10 mins from Santa Teresa!

What makes this property unique

Our teak house provides multi use features! Its an all teak construction perfect for private parties, yoga/jiu jitsui seminars, weddings, bar set up with kitchen area! All 4 villas sleep 32 people which is perfect for any events you might have!
