It's located in the same building as the "le Nid" and "les Minimes" apartments.

It is on the first floor, not overlooked, with a small terrace and private entrance. With a surface area of 65 m², it has been refurbished and fully equipped to make you feel at home ! Free parking is easily available in front, which is a real advantage. You can leave your car and take the metro to the capitole (4 stations) or the Vélo Toulouse (station at the foot of the building).

This beautiful apartment comprises 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms with separate toilets :

- Kitchenette : American fridge, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, washing machine... There's a dining table for 6 with chairs and a 2-seater sofa bed.

- Lounge area : 2-seater corner sofa bed with coffee table and TV.

- Separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror.

- Bedroom : 1 double bed with bedside tables and wardrobe. An accessible shower room with shower, washbasin and mirror.

Gîte agréable, efficace, sympathique et bien équipé.

Très bon séjour. Le gîte est agréable et efficace. Confortable, lumineux et bien équipé. A 15 minutes du métro. Pas trop difficile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue.
