The studios of 265 sq ft + a balcony of 85 sq ft are located on the 2nd floor in the center of Grand Case above a well reputed restaurant on the island, they are soundproofed and next to all the activities, bars, restaurants, mini markets, shopping and of course the beach which is a few meters from the accommodation

Beautiful Studio - just as I expected

Clean and modern studio right on the main street in Grand Case. Exactly how it is listed. Walk across the street and you are on the beach. Amaury and Thibault are very accommodating. This was my 20th time to St Martin over 30 years and I would highly recommend it.
