Fully renovated studios, well equipped and finely decorated

Each studio has air conditioned, kitchen with induction stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, etc ..., bathroom with shower and toilet, flat screen TV, cable / satellite, more than 60 french channels and 110 American channels, internet and wifi

The studios of 375 sq ft + a balcony of 85 sq ft are located on the 2nd floor in the center of Grand Case above a well reputed restaurant on the island, they are soundproofed and next to all the activities, bars, restaurants, mini markets, shopping and of course the beach which is a few meters from the accommodation

Totally renovated apartment in the heart of Grand Case

The apartment is brand new, modern and well furnished and it’s located in the center of lively Grand Case. It’s also very close to the village beach ( 1’min walk). Amaury, the owner, has been very kind and careful to us.
