About this property

Silver Spur Lodge: Secluded and amazing w/ Hot Tub!

No matter what the season, Silver Spur Lodge is ready to welcome guests after a long day in the snow or on the trails, complete with a hot tub and gas barbeque on the back deck and wonderful mountain and valley views from the many balconies; especially from the master suite on the 3rd floor. The private master bedroom suite and en-suite bathroom are something to behold in themselves; complete with a mini wet bar and private seating area! The master suite has a gas fireplace separating the bathroom and bedroom. Head downstairs to the main level kitchen and cook a meal to gear your party up for another big day by lounging in front of the pelleted stove fireplace located in the main living room with a glass of wine or by heading outside and take a nice walk or hit the ski area/golf course! The high ceilings, generous windows, polished stone and wood textures, make this beautiful 4 bedroom/ 2 full/ 2 half bath home look and feel custom-designed modern yet with a mountainous western flair! Silver Spur has an open floorplan on the main "second" level boasting a grand living room, dining room, laundry room and kitchen (the kitchen leads way to the outside grill and the hot tub). You'll find contemporary touches like a tufted chaise lounge and stone-topped coffee table which keep the vibe from veering 'too' rustic. Warm-toned rugs and chair upholstery add depth, as does the rich wood paneling in the fully equipped kitchen. You'll then find 2 more bedrooms on the main level and one spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. On the bottom (entry) level of Silver Spur is another bedroom with an en-suite 1/2 bathroom. The ping pong table also sits on the entry level with a room adjacent to it for sitting and watching a serious ping pong match or playing a round of cards! This property DOES have central air-conditioning and heating. *Pellets are not provided for the pellet stove in the living room. Please replace if guests before you leave some behind. *Silver Spur is right next to its sister house called Wild Mustang for larger groups.

You'll be happy you took a respite from the concrete jungle. Please read! Our cabins include basic cable or satellite television, basic cooking utensils, propane gas grill (propane provided), washer and dryer (if applicable- please look at the amenities), towels and bed linens for guest use along with heating for winter. Basic toiletries in the Master bathroom only are: *One (1) travel sized each of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, disposable toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, and facial bar soap, *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on holder and two (2) stored in bathroom. Basic toiletries in all additional bathrooms (if applicable) are: *three (3) rolls of toilet paper; one (1) on holder and two (2) stored in bathroom, *one (1) travel sized bar soap and/or facial soap, *one (1) hairdryer in the home. Basic supplies in the home: *five (5) All-Clear laundry pods, *dish detergent in pod or liquid form (quantities may vary and/or be limited) and three (3) Lemi Shine rinse agent in single use cups (for homes with dishwashers), *liquid dish soap in (at minimum) a partial container (may only be in homes without dishwashers- check amenities to ensure the home you booked has a dishwasher), *two to three (2-3) rolls of paper towels, *two (2) trash liners in each waste basket; one (1) prepared in basket and at least one (1) in the bottom or under sink. We encourage guests to please be mindful of the supplies we provide and always bring extras as housekeeping does not deliver more than what is required to be left in the homes. We highly encourage guests to be prepared with access to chains and/or 4-wheel drive in winter months. Firewood is not provided for homes with wood burning fireplaces.

It’s a beautiful home in an amazing location
We enjoyed staying at this house. It’s a beautiful property. There were a couple of cleanliness issues like dog hair on the sheets (luckily were dog people), dirty dishes (which we just rewashed) and mouse droppings in some cupboards but the house is located in the mountains, there’s bound to be critters that pop up. Seeing elk and deer day was such a treat and we would most definitely book here again.

Nice house from outside but updating need everywhere
Trash is an issue you are told to find a container to dump trash but there is known near property, everyone in neighborhood rolls out portable trash cans filled with garbage on a specific day but this home expects us to search the town for a large container to dump trash that in the end is not for this property. You are expected to pay a daily cleaning charge but NEVER see anyone showing up to clean. You are asked to clean all dishes not simply fill the dishwasher and start but empty and put up before leaving. What’s the cleaning fee for?All pots and pans need a upgrade I’ve seen worse but these pans are many years old! House has a pellet fireplace in the living room unfortunately there were no pellets to start the first day ,on second day someone showed up with pellets but admitted he had no clue on how to work one of these.Fortunately I was able to figure out but I can guarantee not for everyone does not have the look of a real fireplace.

Beautiful location kind of far from town
The property was really pretty we saw a lot of wildlife!! Some things in the home could definitely be updated. The trash had to be hauled quite a ways to dump. There was a firepit advertised in the pictures but was not available for you which was frustrating. All and all it was good plave to stay!
