Come enjoy modern beach décor at the new Simply Seagrove! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo, is centrally located in the heart of Seagrove Beach and will make your next vacation extra cozy and comfortable. This condo has an open, easy to access kitchen and dining table which seats 7, plus 2 additional seats at the kitchen peninsula. The master features a queen bed, plenty of closet space and private bath. There is a queen guest bedroom, plus a third guest room with 2 sets of twin bunks sharing a bathroom. Enjoy Gulf access just steps away. Included with a stay at 14B are beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon.

This roomy 3-bedroom unit is on the second floor and offers a balcony that overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard. A quiet space to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. With 3 smart TVs, including a Firestick in the master bedroom, easily log in to your favorite streaming services. One of the 2 community pools in the complex is heated seasonally. This property also features tennis courts, a club house, children’s play area and shuffleboard.

If you need a break from your beach activities, then hop on a bike (easily rented and delivered to your door) and ride on the safe, established bike paths to Seaside or any of the other quaint beach communities located along Scenic Highway 30A. If you are a golfer, several nice courses are in the area. Seaside a famous beach community is located only 1.5 miles from this complex to enjoy a day visiting quaint shops along the beach or in the town center that provides a wide variety of eateries, the perfect place to people-watch.

Choose from many restaurants, pizza & sandwich shops, breakfast, local seafood and steaks which are located within a short walk or bike ride from the condo. A Publix grocery store is a 5-minute drive. If rain interrupts your day, drive to the Silver Sand Outlet stores about 20 minutes west towards Destin for great shopping or head east about 20 minutes into Panama City Beach and enjoy a day at Pier Park.

- Beach Access: Beachwood Villas has a deeded beach access directly across the street approximately 180 yards to the beach. A beach wagon is included to make your quick walk to the beach easy and stress free.

- Close restaurants include: Café Thirty-A, Angelina's Pizzeria, Pizza By The Sea, The Perfect Pig, and many others. Seaside (only 1.5 miles away) also offers many food options including local foodie air-streams, Great Southern Café, Bud and Alleys, numerous wonderful shops and even wine tastings.

Disclaimer:
Beachwood Villas will have ongoing construction from January 12 through April on the 3-story buildings. The clubhouse will be closed, and the laundry room will be unavailable from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily but open after hours. Noise and temporary parking limitations may occur. At least one entrance will remain accessible after hours. Construction will pause after April and resume on the 2-story buildings in September. Guests may contact us with any questions regarding access or parking.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! Great location! Enough beds and bedrooms for a family of 6-8. Just wished it was upscaled in some areas. Kitchen, bathrooms. But small concession to pay for the entire Seaside/Seagrove experience!

Great Location

We have stayed at Beachwood Villas many times over the years. I love the location of this property. It’s in the back of the complex so it’s quiet and feels very private. It’s pretty rommie for a 3 bedroom condo and live the washer dryer being in the condo so I don’t have to use the complexes. Loved that it has beach chair and an umbrella handy so we didn’t have to pack so much extra stuff. I would stay again

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable, the condo was spacious, clean, and well appointed, and we would definitely stay again. Getting to the public beach access was easy. Tip... As a guest of Beachwood Villas, you can park anywhere in the parking lot, so we would drive closer to the main entrance so our walk to and from the beach was much shorter. At the time of our stay, the condo had four assorted beach chairs, an umbrella, sand, toys, shovels, and a beach wagon. We used a combination of the provided equipment and our own, so it was nice to have that option.

The condo had 5 nice beach chairs along with a beach cart and umbrella. The beds slept great! The best part about our stay is that we were offered an extra night for a discounted rate plus an early check-in! Unfortunately, I left my hanging clothes in the closet but was quickly sent a link to create a pre-paid label for them to be shipped back, super convenient! We will definitely be booking again!

Although it was really busy with Spring Breakers, Beachwood villas community was very quiet, & beautiful & has tons of parking. The heated pool was SO nice on chilly days & 50 yards away from the condo, which was a plus. The condo had 4 beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, shovel, small bucket & kid's net! That was such a nice surprise. Also, because we have small kids, we stayed in and cooked & I was pleasantly surprised with the kitchen. It was fully stocked and then some with everything you needed. We definitely will be back :)

Not pleased for the cost

The pictures showed this condo to be more open than it actually was and felt very cramped. I did not feel as though it was very clean when arriving so we cleaned again. Also, the complex itself was very cramped, over grown with trees and bushes and looked as though they had began to paint but never finished. For the cost of this condo for a week, I was very disappointed. Will not return.

Would not recommend

I would not recommend this condo for a couple of reasons- primarily the beach access was not what I thought it was. It was across the street & within easily walking distance. But once you get there & walk off the boardwalk the only beach access the condo has access to is directly in front of the boardwalk, approximately 20 feet worth of space maybe. Directly to both the left and right off the boardwalk is both private property which you cannot use which obviously it does not say this in the description. We tried to drive to other public beach access points in the area- which are very limited as well. So the bottom line is the beach assess here is what I would call none. The other thing that bothered me is prior to us checking in the property was vacant for 3 days, however the property management would not let us check in 2 hours early due to “their policies” which just seemed overly bureaucratic to me. However on checkout they were quick to send us 4 separate emails requesting that if we left early to notify them so they could send the housekeepers early. To which we did for the housekeepers benefit- not theirs. The condo itself was clean. The beds were comfortable. The couch needed to be replaced due to being depressed/ sinking in the middle & the TV color in the living room was pretty bad. But we were only there for a couple days so none of that bothered us much. So needless to say- we will not be staying with this management company again, mostly due to the check in process which was annoying to me.

Great Value for the Money

Reviewer Comments: We always like to travel to the beach for fall break and of course the kids like to stay near 30A. However, as we all know, that can get rather expensive. Beachwood Villas is a great choice if you don't mind not being right on the beach. It is close to restaurants and shops and is only a mile and a half from 30A (an easy bike ride). Our stay in 14B was great! My friend and I each had our own bedroom and the boys had theirs as well. One of the only downfalls was one of us having to share the bathroom with 4 boys. That proved to be a challenge. Other than that, the unit was decorated nicely, comfortable, and clean. It had all of the items needed during our stay. We had looked at reviews prior to our stay and someone mentioned there being a wagon for transporting items to the beach. We were excited about this extra perk, but never found a wagon in the unit. Thank goodness for backpack chairs and our rolling cooler! Our boys enjoyed the tennis courts and shuffle board, too. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Benchmark was a breeze to work with as well!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed with Benchmark Management several times in this same complex- Beachwood Villas. We are always looking for the 30A experience without the 30A price tag and find this complex to be perfect for that. We needed more bedrooms this stay so we had a bit longer walk to the beach, but still manageable. We first ran into issues with the lock on our door but someone was sent out to fix that. The unit didn’t seem very clean, even for the fast turnaround that is necessary during peak season. Our unit also had a pretty strong, bad odor of which we never found the source. The whole unit probably needs to be updated- beds aren’t very comfortable, toaster didn’t work, stove was in poor shape, several lamps didn’t work. Overall, the management company tried to fix what they could by sending an additional cleaner out as well as someone to address the odor, but we probably wouldn’t rent this unit again.

12B Thanksgiving week.

It was a fun stay . We found 12B to be exactly as expected and really well equipped. The only suggestion I would make is that the hall bathroom needed more attention at the baseboard by the tub. Management was quick to help when we had a door lock problem on Thanksgiving night. It was a very positive experience. We hope to return some time. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable but there are some things that need improvements. The window in the room with the bunk beds needs a blackout shade. Three people were in that room and all were bothered by the bright light outside. The skillets in the kitchen need to be replaced. The burners on the stove are not level which made cooking a challenge. We were surprised that the pool furniture was in such bad shape and it is definitely time for the concrete to be redone. Because of that, we did not use either pool. They did not look inviting at all. The floor lamp was useless because there was not an electrical outlet for it. The metal chairs on the balcony are rusting and in need of refinishing. We will not be returning to these condos.

Great unit for large family!

Loved our stay at this unit. My only suggestion would be to add a tv to the other bedrooms. And the tv in the master is very small. A couple of my favorite things about the BWV property is that it’s so close to beach access, Very short walking distance to subway sandwiches and Butterfly bike rentals, we usually start with those three things since checkin isn’t until 4:00.
