This is a circa 1900 granite foundation home in Salem's North Fields area. All plumbing and electricity have just been updated as well as windows, roof, heating, and everything you'll need for hassle-free experience but in a quality built classic home in a quiet neighborhood. Train station within 6 minute walk and close enough to walk to downtown Salem to all the nice restaurants and entertainment to be experienced. Driveway can fit up to 8 cars.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Annick & Sam are great hosts, they provide all the basics including toiletries and laundry supplies, very hospitable. Perfectly located on a quiet street walking distance to multiple convenience stores and a quaint coffee shop & short drive to downtown Salem. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone.

Wedding weekend with a side of Salem history

We used the excuse of a local family wedding to explore some of the Salem charm and this house was perfect! We walked everywhere and took in everything. The house had plenty of room (and charm). Everything was clean and well prepared and the owners were extremely helpful and accommodating.

The place was in excellent conditon at time of arrival. There were complementary amenities like bodywash and cookware. The hosts were pleasant in communications and knowledgeable about the area. My family had a wonderful time and a beautiful location to rest in while exploring Salem

Wonderful Stay for a Spooky Weekend

Hosts Annick & Samuel are very communicative and helpful. The Neighborhood is lovely. We meet the neighbor who was very welcoming and told us all about her Halloween Wedding.

The perfect getaway in Salem

My wife, parents, sister and I went to Salem for a few days for a fall getaway. This home was perfect. It’s in a fantastic neighborhood that is extremely close to the heart of Salem. You could easily walk to where all the main shops, restaurants and attractions are. Driving there is very easy too as the house provides ample parking. If you want to stock up on groceries there are lots of store near by to do so. There is also a cool vintage toy site called Had That about a minute walk from the house. The owners Sam and Annick are amazing. Extremely friendly and very accommodating. They went over and above to make sure our stay was perfect. The wife and I already plan on coming back next year and this is the first house we will look for when we book our trip.

In less than a 10 minute walk from our house, you'll be downtown enjoying everything Salem has to offer! Sightseeing the rich maritime history, the witch trials, entertainment galore, and some of the finest restaurants in Massachusetts. We are located close by to the MBTA commuter rail, you can enjoy day trips to Boston as well as Rockport and Gloucester. We are a hands-off VRBO experience as we respect your privacy. However, we are happy to help you have the best time in Salem with tips and recommendations for the best experiences and adventures based on what you want to do!
