Located in the immediate vicinity of the heart of the Joue du Loup resort, 250 meters from the ski lifts, close to shops, restaurants and the new O'DYCEA wellness center, these two half-chalets heart of the Southern Alps, are ideal both in terms of sunshine and snow, they offer a breathtaking view of the Grand Ferrand massif.
The alpine wooden chalet is divided into 2 duplex apartments very well equipped, accessible to rent separately or in its entirety. They can accommodate up to 8 people each, and has an outdoor parking each. The residence also has an indoor heated swimming pool and a sauna, for a privileged moment of relaxation after a day on the slopes ...

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and connected TV, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed.

In winter, with its two connected stations Joue du Loup and Superdévoluy offer a vast area of 100 km of ski slopes, 35 km of cross-country skiing and 30 km of snowshoe trails. The snowkite school at Col du Festre is less than 6 km from the residence.
On the summer side, La Joue du Loup offers many activities: leisure center, swimming pool with slide, tennis, tree climbing, ping-pong, horse riding, downhill mountain biking, chairlift, pony rental. Near La Joue du Loup in the Dévoluy massif, many mountain activities are available to you: hiking, via ferrata, climbing, caving, farm visits, trout fishing ...

Chalet mal entretenu

Tout c’est bien passé mais le chalet doit être entretenu, une des portes ferme mal, le lavabo de la salle de bain est presque entièrement bouché, il manque des boutons pour régler le chauffage, il y a beaucoup de poilus sorte sous les lits dans les chambres.Il y a aussi des point positifs, les d’équipements prêtés gratuitement comme les luges ou les raquettes, le confort des matelas ou l’emplacement et la vue depuis la chambre. Sentiment mitigé mais très bon potentiel si mieux entretenu.

Bon séjour

Tout d'abord l'arrivée fut un peu compliquée car énormément de monde à l'accueil et des logements non disponibles! Quand nous avons enfin pu avoir les clés du chalet (après 2h d'attente) nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de devoir se garer sur la route, considerée comme "notre" place de parking alors qu'un espace face au chalet était attribué à d'autres logements. Notre vehicule à donc stationné sur le parking visiteurs en contre bas de la résidence. Ensuite nous avons découvert l'intérieur du chalet conforme aux photos et aux descriptifs. Parfaitement équipé pour les 5 personnes que nous étions. Par contre gros bémol sur le ménage! Le logement a besoin d'un "vrai" aspirateur qui aspire. La piscine est un vrai plus surtout avec des enfants. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette station familiale.

Chalet propre chaleureux et bien équipé les structures environnementale sont accessibles même pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, et les animaux sont acceptés presque partout. Commerçants et restaurateurs très familial. Seule le salon de coiffure est plus désagréable, accueil froid et réponse hautaine condescendante pour ma part je n'a pas apprécié

Vacances familiales au top

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la location correspondait parfaitement à la description. Très bien équipée, literie impeccable, située à proximité de plein de départs de randonnées nous avons très peu utilisé notre véhicule. La piscine était bien appréciable après une journée d marché ou les jours de pluie. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour et recommandons sans hésitation cette location. Nous sommes repartis avec plein de beaux souvenirs 😁

Nouvelle année à la Joue du Loup

Très joli Chalet confortable, bien équipé avec une déco neuve et ambiance très sympa . La mitoyenneté ne cause aucun désagrément. Station cool avec un domaine skiable adapté à tous. Un seul point négatif à relever imputable à la résidence (ou à la commune)sur l’entretien des accès au chalet, dangereux, pour les piétons comme pour les véhicules, car totalement glacés.
