Great experience and hosts. Property was relaxing, peaceful, and they went above and beyond, especially given the recent storm issues. Will stay again!

This property was perfect for our family of five. We were blown away by the views and location and would love to stay here again. We went to dinner at night and would rush back to watch the sunset from the patio. It was a perfect property. There were a couple of reviews about lack of central air conditioning on the property that had me nervous but the air conditioning was perfect and the unit felt cool and comfortable for us.

Watching the sunset from the patio is definitely one of our favorite parts of the property too! The central AC was recently installed so we're glad to know you were able to enjoy it. We had a fantastic stay. The condo is well stocked & the location couldn’t be better. We enjoyed the ocean views from both floors. We walked to a great beach, Koloa Landing to snorkel & the shopping center with restaurants. We found beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, kids toys & a wagon in the lanai closet.

Everything we ever dreamed of in a Hawaiian vacation! Opened the doors to the stylish and comfortable condo and we all gasped at how nice. Opened the traditional shutters to a magnificent unimpeded view of the ocean directly across the street- perfection! Excellent location, nicely appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and beach supplies. Watching surfers from the sea wall, catching a meteor shower from the lanai. Very memorable stay.

Great Stay!!

This condo was phenomenal!! The views and property are incredible (late night stars, waves, sunsets, etc). The AC units were definitely needed as it does get warm during the day. You are able to make it to all parts of the island from the location and many nice beaches real close by. We have already started talking about when we are going back!!

Wonderful Location

This property is in an ideal location to enjoy Poipu and Koloa. Best sunsets and whale activity right from the private lanai. The condo is well appointed and quiet. More spread out than I anticipated, which was nice! The grounds are clean as is the pool. The property manager was professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your review. We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit and the great location of this ocean-view condo. Poipu Kapali 51 views are amazing year-round, but extra special during whale season. To sip your coffee while watching a mom and calf Humpback Whale cruise by accompanied by the resident pod of Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins makes it that much more special. We look forward to hosting you again in the future! A hui hou! (until we meet again)

Our family of four stayed at this amazing property for a week. We wanted something that was close to beaches, shops, and restaurants, allowing us to walk, but also far enough away to enjoy some rest and relaxation. It was perfect. One thing we did not realize was that the accommodation did not have central air conditioning. The bedrooms each had a portable air conditioner. It worked out well enough.

Aloha Caren! Mahalo for your lovely review! We're so happy to hear your family had a great stay and enjoyed the peaceful yet walkable location—it really is a special spot. We appreciate your note about the air conditioning. We do our best to clearly note in the listing that the home has portable A/C units in each bedroom instead of central air, but we’re glad to hear they worked out well for your stay. We’d love to host you again next time you’re on island! Warmest Aloha, Coldwell Banker Island Vacations

This is a stunningly beautiful unit in the best location on the property. It is beautifully appointed and we loved the homeowners book of the recent renovation. The pool is marvelous. We would appreciate the addition of a gas BBQ on the property instead of charcoal. IMO The only drawback of the property is the lack of an efficient A/C unit. I understand the owner is in the process of changing that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Gorgeous condo!

The owners have fantastic taste and all the details were well appointed. We loved the location, the grounds, and the decor. Everything was there for the beach- in outside closets; two lannae for sunset viewing. We didn’t mind that the locals come to that beach point for sunset - they recognize the beauty of the locale. Beds were super comfortable!! Kitchen was complete. We hope to return!

Best of the best

This property is the best unit in the best property on south shore! Kiahuna beach is the steps away and was our favorite beach- swimming and snorkeling. The property managers were clear with communication and swiftly addressed a minor issue without interfering with our stay. One note- the daybed in the guest room didn't seem to be a full size twin. Perfect for our kid but an adult wouldn't be pleased. Thanks for a memorable stay!
