Wonderful location for our group. We were in town for a long weekend for a family wedding and had 3 generations of us in the home. Everyone was comfortable and we were close to the wedding venue as well as post-reception watering holes. We had a very minor communication glitch getting checked in but Eric rectified it swiftly. All in all a great experience in a lovely setting with a receptive and helpful owner.

Honestly, there’s nothing I can think of to improve with this property. The host was very informative. Upon check in, a binder is there to provide all needed information, including contact info if needed (which it wasn’t). It is very well stocked, easily slept the 11 we had in our party, and was very clean. The property is gorgeous!

We had the best stay! The house is located right in the middle of so many incredible wineries which made getting around very easy! The views were absolutely incredible. The home was very clean. Roomy but cozy. Perfect for our stay!

Like staying in a postcard

The property is beautiful sitting on the peach orchard. Was the perfect space and right in the middle of everything. Very clean and easy to find what we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations.

Lovely stay

Stayed with a group of 11 ages 7-50 had plenty of room for us, played in the yard, visited the horses worked out in the gym. Something for everyone, hot water, warm home, lots of suppplies for us.

Great View and Small Town Feel

We stayed a few days in this home and the view was spectacular. The little town of Palisades was cute. We had great food and even attended a farmers market. The place was clean and spacious and the owners were very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

Great stay

Overall, it was a great stay and a nice property. The only thing to note is this property is a duplex, and there are other residents that reside on the property. This is very hard to tell from the online listing.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed a nice relaxing getaway in Palisade and this home met our expectations. Sitting on the back patio and deck in the orchard watching the sun set on the cliffs was beautiful. The home was clean, large, and accommodated us easily. Would definitely return to the property!

This is a beautiful and comfortable location close to many of the amenities Palisade has to offer. The kitchen had most of what we needed for our family of 9 though a bit small for that many people. I was glad I had precooked most of our meals. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the morning or evening, sitting by the orchard and Bookcliffs. The yard is perfect for outdoor activities. I would stay here again.

Highly recommend Orchard wonder

We were lucky to have found this home to rent for the week. The view of the peach orchard and bookcliffs was amazing! We spent several nights star gazing in the backyard. The rooms were a good size and we loved that there was a well equipped gym. The owner was quick to respond when we asked that the rower battery be changed. Highly recommend renting this home for your stay in Palisade.

Well located Family Sized Home in Pallisade

If you are looking for bedrooms, this property is a great option. There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main level, and two more bedrooms and a bath upstairs. We were in town for a wedding with our three teenage boys and everyone enjoyed having their own room! The kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer came in handy. The ping pong table was also appreciated! The location by great coffee, restaurants, and the farmer's market was super convenient!
