8 Bedrooms (4K/Bath ,2Q, P, 2B) 6.5 total Baths. New Carpet in bedrooms in 2018. One 50" TV upstairs with a Blue Ray DVD Player, one 42' TV downstairs and another 42' TV in the main King Master Suite, 32' Flat screen TV's in each of the King Master bedrooms. There is also TV in each and every room. Four master bedrooms, a game room with pool table, Playstation, wireless internet, computer, pool (with heater) and hot tub are but a few of the amenities provided for your enjoyment.

Our home is on the 'Ocean side' of Route 12, and is only a short walk to the beach access. Sheets and bath towels provided. Our home is child friendly, and all furniture is strapped to the wall for your child's protection. Pack and Play (2), high chair, stroller, baby gate, and other necessities for children provided for your convenience.

The lower level has a game room with new pool table and electronics, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a full bath and a full size washer and dryer.

The middle level features three king bedrooms with private a bath, a queen bedroom, a pyramid bedroom and a full bath.

The upper level has a large open living area and a half bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers and a bar refrigerator under the island. The dining table seats ten and there is room for five at the bar. There is also a king master bedroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.

The host was easy to contact, and accomodations were as expected. We appreciated the binder with their recommendations for food and entertainment selections. The property and home in general was in the condition as advertised. The swimming pool was heated, and the hot tub was functional. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher got some use with our group.The kitchen was furnished with adequate dishes, pans, utensils, and gadgets. We especially enjoyed the waffle maker. The pool table had seen better days but we played on it every night. The livingroom lamps had USB charging ports! I was surprised to find hair dryers in the bathroom.We enjoyed our stay in the Outer Banks!

What a great place and great vacation, this place exceeded our expectations, we had our family reunion here this year and we had 19 people staying here, everyone loved the place, we used the outdoor grill everyday, and this place is equipped with everything you need, the host Carrie was very easy to get hold of and helped us with everything. I want to thank her for making this vacation very enjoyable. My grand kids loved the pool, and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We will definitely stay here again.

The house accommodated all 17 members of our family ranging in age from 6 months to 63. We loved our time playing at the beach during the day and our nightly walks back in the evening to search for crabs. The pool, hot tub and patio were the perfect place to spend the day as well.

Great place to have 16 people. There was enough space for everyone and the kids enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. It was a very easy 10 minute walk to the beach. It was nice being close to shopping and eating also. Hope to stay again in the future.

Amazing beach vacation!

My family and I (12 people total) stayed for a week and we enjoyed ourselves. The house is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and in a nice quiet location close to the beach. Carrie (host) was very responsive and addressed all questions promptly. I highly recommend this unit and would certainly stay again!

Perfect side house for a large family group! The pool and hot tub were wonderful.A lot of great security features for young children and pool safety. Very responsive to messaging. A little far to the beach for us. About 10 min walk but that was advertised so we were aware. Otherwise perfect place.

The only complaint I have is that our stay went by so fast. My family and I visits OBX once every year. We have to say that this was the most relaxing stay by far. The home was clean, beautiful, welcoming and Carri was in touch with us as needed throughout the stay. We love it and would love to rent again.

We decided back in 2006 that we were going to build a home in the Outer Banks. This had been a dream of my husband's since he was a kid and spent many a family vacation in the Outer Banks. We had a lot of fun deciding on the right property to purchase, and then ultimately choosing the floor plan for this home. We wanted a home that would be suitable for several families to vacation together while still having some space and privacy. We love the way this house turned out. Both my husband and I work stressful jobs and enjoy traveling to Corolla in the off season, if only for the weekend. We have 4 children (3 are pictured), one lives in Heaven. You will notice that our home is child friendly, and we are safety conscious. We lost our daughter due to a preventable accident, which has resulted in our mission of sharing Maddie's Message. You can visit our website by googling Maddie's Message (VRBO prevents me listing that web address on this site) ...especially if you have small children, grandchildren, or have friends with small children. Our oldest son is 28 and has a wife and two daughters. Our 21-year-old son works full time here in Virginia Beach with his older brother. Our baby girl is 16 and is a Junior in High school. She has a heart for law, and is exploring college options now! We have worked hard to make sure that while you are vacationing in our home that you have everything you need in order to make your vacation relaxing and stress free.
