Enjoy the outdoors on our deck with gas BBQ grill and tabletop fire pit with string lights! It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Relax in our king size bed and enjoy the outdoor amenities, bbq deck, and tabletop firepit. 400 Mbps Wifi, and 43" smart TV available. Only a 5-minute commute to Downtown Tampa and a 6-minute drive to Raymond James Stadium. We are centrally located near Amature Works, Channelside, Ybor City, and are near both interstates: I-4 and I-275.

We vacated the property within 20 minutes.

The property management company is rude and extremely unhelpful. The property was unsafe as the the guest in unit A walked into our unit unannounced. The property management company tried to brush this off and blame us, but upon our arrival the communication door was unlocked for just anyone to walk through. The bathroom door didn’t lock or even close and the floor was bubbling up. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. We vacated The property immediately and reported this unit and property management company.

A safe and cozy location!

Great location and near everywhere I needed to go. I felt safe and cozy which was important because I am a 62 year old lady traveling alone. It was just perfect! Will stay again in the future.
