This little house was just what we need for our weekend stay while seeing Metallica at Raymond James! The neighborhood didn’t look the best, but we had no problems at all!The only thing, I would say replace the 2 beds in the one bedroom!

Amazing

Property manager was very open, honest, and accommodating. The manager made sure that my stay was as problem free and comfortable as possible. I recommend this place to anyone staying anywhere within the area.

Nice home with convenient location

Mike was very informative and personable, and made himself available to us if we had any questions or concerns with anything! He’s also very knowledgable with the current events around the area, and also suggested many culinary attractions just a few miles away! We really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and easy to maintain, and the outside noises were normal from the neighbors, even the rooster across the street. We will definitely book with Mike when visiting Tampa next time! Excellent Host!!!

Everything was very clean. Having the full size washer/dryer was so helpful. The Netflix was great. The shower had good pressure. Lots of hot water. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the beds. Thank you for being the most attentive host! Thank you for fixing our AC issue so promptly. This host really goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. We really appreciate your hospitality.

Worst sleep of my life

We couldn’t even sleep together in the same bed we took turns on the couch, dishes had chunks of food, lights were out in the bathroom and hallway, killed a four cockroaches, had to wash the sheets they stunk, no dressers and no hangers but host sent 6 via DoorDash so my clothes stayed in my suitcase.

This guest was a complete nightmare. Had to call VRBo support about five times each day. Guest said everything was clean and when there was not a king bed she wanted a refund and that’s where the spiral went. She planted bugs in the house to make a refund request. I kept sending Vrbo photos of before her stay how clean it is. Guest took out lightbulbs out to say the house was too dark. I offered to have my cleaners come back and she refused. I also offered to have my pest control come out and she said no. I would never rent to this guest again with all the false claims she made. I even refunded her 600 dollars to vacate the property .. also she smoked in the house which is against the rules and my cleaners found drugs in the home

Great stay, great price,

Had a nice time, the home was very comfy! It is located close to everything. Local restaurants, golf courses, gas stations, Publix, and less than 15 minutes to downtown. I stayed for almost 3 weeks and pretty much made it my home when i was there. Michael the owner was very hands on and accessible! He passed on TONS of good advice on where to go, what was available to do, and generally just a very nice person to deal with. When you call Michael answers! The 2 BR house has virtually a professional stove, new high efficiency front loading washer and dryer and new fridge to boot! The dishwasher made cleanup easy. The beds while not new were very comfy and it was easy to sleep in. You'll find the neighborhood composed of all groups of people, all waving hello when you pull into the drive which has gates to close behind you if you choose. There was no odor of cigarettes which was important to me! Secure locks on all the doors, nice cool AC, and nice blinds let you button up nicely at night with privacy. I'm already planning to stay there for all my subsequent visits to my Florida grandbabies. Dont let the low price fool you this is a great deal and I'm kind of fussy! 5*'s all around.

Listing Inaccurate

Overall, our stay was good, but there were some issues and the listing was inaccurate. Issues: The listing stated a queen bed, but it was a full. We were specifically looking for a queen or larger, so we would not have booked this property if the listing had been accurate. It also lists a hot tub, but there wasn’t one. The microwave was missing its handle, the stove was missing the knob to turn on the gas, and multiple lightbulbs were burned out or missing. There were no kitchen towels, drying rack, or dishwasher pods. There was no hand soap or washcloths in the bathroom. The host said the previous tennants were "rough on the place," so our experience may be unique to us. Cleanliness: The property smelled clean when we checked in, but the floors weren’t clean, as our feet and socks got dirty quickly. There was dirt and trash behind a nightstand, and several pieces of silverware had caked-on residue. The washing machine ring was moldy, and detergent pods were caked in the liquid detergent tray. The countertops, sinks, shower, and linens were clean. Pros: Great AC, the shower had hot water and good pressure, and the location is close to local attractions. Suggestions: Update the listing to be accurate. Provide a checklist for the cleaner to check lights, batteries in remotes (we had to swap some out), towel levels, the washer, etc. Get a longer shower curtain to prevent further water damage and mold. Leave directions for the washer.

Hello, Im sorry that you had some mishaps that I was not aware of .. Some of these things in the review are not accurate. I provide dish soap as well as mini hotel style soaps for shampoo/ conditoner.. My photos as well as listing do not show any type of Hot tub. I always call during check in to make sure everythig is well as well as once more before the stay is offically over. No where was I told about light bulbs not working or dirty /sticky floors. If any of this was the case I would have sent my cleaners back to the house to do a re clean.. I did mention to you. I took one knob that turns on one specific burner from the stove off as it was loose and could have been a safety issue from a prior guest and all the other burners work and function 100% .. Still a little confused as all my reviews have been 5 stars except for this one. MY listing also did and always does have towels and hand towels. If at anytime a guest has issues I ask them to call me immediately to fix anything. If anything is missing or an issue i will order a replacement and send right away ..

Ever since i started traveling on my own I found a piece of me always with Florida. From the people I have met, to the night life and overall scene. Tampa is where I also used to visit friends when I was in college. For years I would tell my friends and family about wanting to live in Tampa and the surrounding areas. My home in Tampa is central to everything. Whether it be shopping, to going to the beach or a football game. Everything is in reach.

What makes this property unique

The home is unique as it is a open floor planned Bungalow. with a huge yard front and back. What also helps is the prime location near everything. The home also has a fence around the whole property and in a very quiet nice location of the neighborhood. Being near everything would also include Busch Gardens as it is about 2 miles away, Ybor CIty (Cigar Capitol) which is 10/15 mins driving and Tampa international about 15 mins away
