Conveniently located just minutes from Bush Gardens, MOSI, and University of South Florida.

The Hoy is only 7 miles from the historic Ybor City center, 20 minutes from Tampa Internacional Airport and about 30 minutes from all the beautiful beaches of Tampa Bay Area.

If you enjoy hiking and kayaking I recommend Hillsborough State park, where you can spend hours exercising while contemplating Florida’s best nature.

We loved staying here

Zieda was a wonderful host her kindness was unmatched. I travel for work a crossed the country and much prefer the quiet setting of this place over many including hotels.

Cute cabin like stay

Took a woodworking course downtown and this was a restful stay. King size bed was really comfortable. Everything you need for a few days stay. Nice garden outside and very private.

Great apartment!

Great small apartment for 2 people, clean and good air conditioning for the heat. Great location not far from some stores to get food so didn't need to eat out all the time and kitchenette with a microwave. Comfy sofas with tv with access to netflix etc. Not far to the bus stop to get around the city, ideal to get to Busch Gardens and Adventure Island.
