Welcome to our beautiful villa in St Cézaire sur Siagne (Alpes Maritimes), perfect for 6-7 guests. Situated on a fenced property of approximately 1600 m2, this charming countryside retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

The villa features a private pool (for your exclusive use) measuring 8.00 x 4.00 m, with a depth of 1.60 m. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear water while basking in the warm sun. For your safety, the pool is equipped with an alarm system and maintained with chlorine disinfection.

FIRST TIME HERE

Delightful property. We were pleased with the outlay. The pool was lovely but at this time of year slightly cooler than we would have liked. The washing machine was used most days and even the tumble dryer was needed one day when it poured all day!! The village was only a 20/ 30 minute walk depending on how active you are. Some nice places to eat or just have a coffee and pastry. The narrow windy roads are a challenge to drive on!! The train from Grasse is the best way to travel to other places. A lovely place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Maison dont le point fort est l'extérieur ainsi que le village qui est très agréable .Belle region et maison localisé dans environnement calme.Nous avons été déçu de la propreté des lieux ainsi que du manque d'équipement ou de la vétusté de certains d'entre eux ( barbecue, cuisine dans son jus, pas d'epicerie de première nécessité à disposition,pas de ventilateur).Les 2 salle de bains ont été refaite récemment mais il y a des problèmes d'etancheité.Le lit dans les 2 chambres n'est pas confortable du fait des tetes de lit en fer.

Malgré nôtre arrivée tardive ,l’hôte nous attendais avec le sourire.L’endroit était fabuleux : le jardin magnifique,l’intérieur spacieux ,confortable et pratique. Mais ce qui m’a le plus marqué,c’est le calme et la tranquillité.On trouve tout à 10 minutes : restos,magasin d’alimentation,glacier,tennis et le village organises de nombreuses activités.Bref,des vacances réussies. Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir haben das Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet und haben eine sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit verbracht. Der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Pool sind super, dort konnte man sich trotz der hohen Temperaturen gut aufhalten. Das Haus selbst ist geräumig und sauber. Die Küchenausstattung könnte ein paar Erweiterungen haben. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns auch sehr gefallen, ca. 30 Minuten nach Cannes oder Antibes, 20 Minuten nach Grasse und den wunderschönen Dörfern in den Bergen.

Tolle Location für die Familie

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Den im Mai noch etwas kühlen Pool hat die tolle Badewanne wieder wett gemacht. Das Haus und Grundstück sind perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Für die Kinder waren der Kletterpark und die Grotte das Highlight. Was wir in unserer Reisezeit vermisst haben, war die Möglichkeit ein geöffnetes Restaurant in der Nähe zu finden. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 👍

Wohlfühloase in den Bergen

Wir, 2 Erw. mit Hund, haben eine wunderbare Woche in der schönen, gut bis modern eingerichteten Villa verbracht. Das Grundstück und die Lage in den Bergen oberhalb der Côte d’Azur sind ein Traum, der Pool ist groß und super gepflegt, die Umgebung einschließlich des Dorfes St. Cezaire ist ideal für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub. Nathalie war bei Fragen eine sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin. Punktabzug gibt es für einen bei Ankunft indiskutabel verdreckten, in diesem Zustand nicht benutzbaren Backofen, für schmuddelige Liegestuhlpolster und teilweise schadhafte Gartenmöbel. Für eine vergleichsweise saftige Reinigungsgebühr von 150 Euro darf man Perfektion erwarten. Ohne diese Mängel hätte die Villa 5 Punkte verdient, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus mit schönem Garten & Pool

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Steinvilla sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön. Ideal zum Entspannen. Nathalie war schnell erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. In manchen Ecken im Haus hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. Auch die Sonnenliegen waren eher zum Wegschmeißen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war auch etwas mager. Der Garten und der Pool hat dies aber unserer Meinung nach aufgewogen.

Haus ist wie beschrieben, Bäder neu, der Garten und Pool sind schön. Pool wurde mehrfach gereinigt. Lage ist etwas abgelegener als gedacht, nicht in bezug auf km Distanz sondern wegen der kurvigen Strassen.

Magnifique maison dans un quartier tranquille. La terrasse et la piscine sont parfait et le village de Saint Cézaire et très agréable à visiter et à vivre. Tout le nécessaire et à moins de 5 minute en voiture et l'ambiance et loin du stress du tourisme de masse.
