Very spacious cottage located on a dominant position away from the village of Montlaur and the center of a property of 25 hectares of vineyards and garrigue.

The cottage and the pool (11mx5m two levels of water 40cm / 150cm overflow) enjoy a great tranquility and a magnificent view of the entire massif of Alaric. The surrounding area classified Natura 2000 allows many walks and mountain biking.

Moreover, the geographical situation is central compared to the main audois tourist sites; Carcassonne, Lagrasse, Cathares circuit (Villerouge terms), Minerve, Caunes Minervois. 2 Bicycles available.
