Beautiful air-conditioned detached house, fenced with terraces, swimming pool with security cover surrounded by a lawn with automatic watering, beautiful view of the village in a quiet area 200m from the town center and 30 minutes from the beaches, Narbonne and Carcassonne.
Provencal style kitchen, large living room, very bright dining room equipped with 2 leather sofas and two stressless armchairs, TV with Canal +. openings on terraces. Master bedroom on the ground floor with bathroom fitted with a bathtub and a 2 sinks shower. Independent toilets.
Upstairs, mezzanine, 3 bedrooms and separate WC + bathroom.

Aline and Pierre were great and they have a great property. Comms was fine but I needed to use translate for best communication.Our stay was interrupted by recent wildfire events. However the owners were helpful in assisting us at this time.

Exactitude de l’annonce .Propriétaire très sympathique, propriété très agréable et bien aménagé.Même si il y a eu des incendies dans la region, celle-ci reste magnifique à visiter (et de bon produit à déguster).

Très belle maison dans un cadre reposant

Aline et Pierre (et aussi Moustiquette) nous ont accueillis dans leur maison très bien équipée et avec une magnifique vue depuis la terrasse. Le jardin arboré et la grande piscine, nous ont permis de passer un très agréable séjour. Les commerces sont accessibles à pieds ce qui est très pratique (boulangerie, bar restaurant, superette). Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances reposantes en famille ou entre amis.

Superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons été très aimablement reçus par Aline et Pierre dans leur belle maison, entourée d'un superbe jardin avec une grande piscine. Grand confort pour 5 adultes et 2 très jeunes enfants pour 2 semaines. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur disponibilité.

Heel aangenaam verblijf.

Het verblijf was zeer aangenaam. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt tot 7 personen. Het dorp is zeer leuk en heeft alle noodzakelijke zaken. Een winkeltje , bakker, restaurantje ,... Het is ook een leuke uitvalsbasis voor naar Leucate - Carcassonne- Valras Plage en Narbonne te gaan. Voor waterpret zoals kajak is het ook allemaal binnen een uurtje rijden.

2 Perfect weeks in August

A very well equipped property, where everything works properly. Location is idyllic and owners are very welcoming and will leave you undisturbed, yet available in the unlikely event that you need any assistance during your stay. "Local pharmacy does covid return test for 25 euro with results in minutes" Village for bagette ,milk is 2 mins walk, big supermarkets 10 mins drive in Lesignan - Corbieres. TV is smart with very good sound bar and base speaker, and has Netflix and youtube apps. Wi-fi is good within whole property. Kitchen and dining facilities superb! Lots of fridge and freezer space, lovely al fresco dining opportunities, gas and built in charcoal bbqs. If you are from the UK you might want to bring a kettle, but thats not a usual french kitchen appliance, everything else you need will be there (and its QUALITY). Loved the house, loved the owners, loved the area, weather was fab'too. A real gem!

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines superbes, la maison, la piscine et le jardin encore plus beaux que sur les photos. L’énorme plus : le jardin bio à dispo, des salades de tomates, basilic tous les jours….. Le village est très dynamique, marché de producteurs, restaurants excellents, un petit supermarché surprenant avec une boucherie extraordinaire. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette jolie maison.

Très bon séjour

Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueilli en nous offrant de plus un coffret de spécialités locales. Les prestations de la maison correspondent à l’annonce. Nous avons également pu profiter des tomates du potager. La climatisation était bien agréable tout comme la piscine. A conseiller pour profiter tranquillement de ses vacances.
