This roomy, three story home has plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax and enjoy the mountain scenery from the large decks. Light a fire and cozy up with a mug of hot chocolate indoors or, during warmer weather, outdoors in the fresh air. Whip up your favorite recipes in the fully-equipped kitchen and choose to dine indoors or out on the deck. This home is the perfect mountain getaway. Soothe your muscles in the convenient jetted tub in the master tub or snuggle up with your lovely dog in the living area as the fireplace warms up the entire place.

The town of Idyllwild is just under four miles away. Explore the Village for shopping, dining, and nightlife. For a day hike, head to Humber Park which boasts numerous trails with breathtaking views, just over six miles away. Spend the day at the Idyllwild Nature Center, just three and a half miles away, for snow play in the winter or picnicking in the warmer months. You can also learn about the local ecology & Cahuilla Native Culture.

THINGS TO KNOW
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
As with many mountain homes, there is no AC.
A 4x4 or tire chains may be required during the winter months.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
