Perfect for the kids as there is a foosball table and sitting area with television. Sleeping for 14 total in beds. Upstairs you find a large living are with plenty of seating to relax and see more breathtaking views of surrounding mountain tops and trees, maybe some wildlife as well. Next is the very complete kitchen with several seating arrangements depending on your group. Double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, lots of counter space and more beautiful views. Laundry and garage are off the kitchen. Four other bedrooms upstairs all queen beds with the exception of the master bed which is a king. The master bedroom has amazing views along with gas fireplace that you can see from the bedroom and the large soaking tub in the master bath also with views. Up on the mountain top there's no one looking back you have great privacy. In summer months relax by the pool and rejuvenate. Property is 10 minutes at the most to Jacksonville. You can see a Britt concert, eat at one of our tasty restaurants or shop some unique Jacksonville shops. Ashland is about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, home of the Shakespeare Festival. there are plenty of great restaurants and shops there as well. If you are a wine taster there are many tasting rooms and vineyards within 10-15 minutes from the property. Come stay in style and comfort to visit our area.

This is a very private property with views and wildlife, one other neighbor on the driveway. There is an in-ground pool and hot tub for your enjoyment and relaxation.

Definitely need a car.
Must be at least 25 years of age to book.
Please be mindful of water usage. We have water hauled in for the pool and holding tank to supplement the well. Do not leave hoses or other water running.
If you move the trash cans for parking, make sure they are back on the main driveway Wednesday night as trash pickup is early Thursday morning. If they are unable to pick for next guests you'll be charged $75 for the additional Pickup.
