About this property

Your Home Away from Home at the Beach

This beautiful home is a rare find in Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Located on a corner double lot in the much desirable mobile home section of the campground. As soon as you walk up the covered steps to the main level, you are greeted by a large wrap around deck. Inside is a spacious open concept kitchen and dining area, beautiful archway entry into the living room with numerous windows for sunlight. The private master suite is located on the main level. Upstairs there are two more master bedrooms with one leading onto a private balcony where you can relax and watch the golf carts go by. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom. Palm Pointe is conveniently located to all the amenities Ocean Lakes has to offer!
We take pride in providing our guests with a home away from home at the beach. The house is checked before and after each rental to ensure the house is clean and ready for your stay. A cleaning fee is required. Bring your own linens (sheets and towels) for 1 king and 4 queens. A linen service is available for an additional fee upon request. There is no smoking or vaping inside the house. A gas grill is provided for your use (you must provide your own gas.) We do not have a golf cart included in the rental but Ocean Lakes rents golf carts for a portion or all of your stay. Ocean Lakes requires a parking/gate fee not included in rental that also gives you access to all the campground amenities. $12 per day per car. The property can accommodate 3 cars for parking.

Note: Reservations for the next year are accepted at the end of October each year.

This was our second stay in this house and it was just as nice as we remembered! It’s in a great location, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that you would need to cook while you stay. We had three families staying and three small children, there was plenty of room for us to spread out. The kids also loved all of the Halloween activities in the campground this time of year. We hope to be able to stay again in the future.

House was perfect for our large family.

We def would def rent again. . House was perfect size, I perfect location, And was great for our family. I would like some thought given yo the following tho: 1. Maybe Install a Smart thermostat that can be controlled by prop owner. Note left stating not to set it above 71 or it would freeze. I was scared all weekend someone in our crowd was going to manage to get it locked by changing it. Set it on an acceptable schedule to avoid this issue. 2. The air/heat vent filter should have been Changed months ago. It’s awful. I swept off the vent cover , but was not aaare of where s new filter may have been. 3. The floors had not been mopped before we came. My 2 year old granddaughter was running around barefoot inside. Her feet became black right away. The. Floors and carpet need some cleaning attention in between renters. This is minimal stuff. It stay was great. We loved the house. Loved the downstairs TV that was outside under the house with chairs around. This allowed everyone to hang out outside. We will rent again!

We enjoy the family friendly atmosphere of Ocean Lakes & their children activities. The house was in a cery good lication withon l bedrooms & bathrooms was roomy to accomodate our family of 10. The location of the house within Ocean Lakes was very good.

Great house

Property was as advertised, great house, excellent communication with owner. Plenty of room for everyone, walking distance to beach and water park but renting a golf cart makes everything easier. Enjoyed the large deck and seating areas outside, could even enjoy outside seating during thunderstorms.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Neighbor was not friendly and watched everything we did. Owner watched every move on the cameras outside on upper deck of house. Complained to me one day because we had music on at 2pm and it was not that bad. It was like walking on eggshells and I paid a lot of money for this house. I’m just about done with ocean lakes just always seems like there is drama. House was nice and supplied well besides zero toilet paper and we had to bring our linens.

Better than okay

I saw lots of reviews about the cleanliness. The house was pretty clean but our feet were BLACK after walking around the house for a short period of time. I’m sure owner would have made it right, but we didn’t say anything. We knew that the house would probably get dirty anyway. The rooms are smaller than they appeared in pictures but we made it work. We planned to grill our last night there. We bought a ton of food to grill and the propane, but the grill grates were not great. My husband said they were “collapsed”. We wasted a ton of money. We had bought the groceries our first day before we even arrived at the house. Maybe that’s our fault. We didn’t realize until after we ate that there was a small charcoal grill under the house that could have possibly worked. We didn’t check on condition of that at that point. And unfortunately, half of our crowd doesn’t like charcoal because of the strong flavor it can have. Besides all of that, it was a great stay. Owner was responsive and understanding that we had an extra person. She answered lots of my questions beforehand. There were a lot of seats on the porch so we did enjoy sitting and watching the golf carts. We would probably stay again.

Our family visited Ocean Lakes first for baseball tournaments, staying in friends' houses. We fell in love and started having our family summer week vacations. Finally an opportunity arose and our family purchased Palm Pointe.
Although our family sporting venues are now golf and tennis, we love Ocean Lakes for our vacations and tournament weekends.
