Marriott's Timber Lodge has one of the world's largest gondolas, ready to whisk you to the top of Heavenly Mountain, where you’ll find the longest ski run and the greatest vertical drop in the area. Come and enjoy Snow Globe Music festival in South Lake Tahoe and New Year Eve ball drop with fireworks. A lot of high end restaurants on site, ice skating rink, lots of fun.

Villas are spacious, comfortably elegant, and fully equipped. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is perfect for family meals and relaxing at the end of day. The well-equipped high-end kitchen boasts granite counter tops & contemporary appliances along with a washer and dryer. Retreat to the master suite where you’ll find a king-sized bed, luxurious Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and separate shower. There are separate living and sleeping areas, which provide ample space for your whole family or group. All the creature comforts of home including Flat Screen TVs and Marriott's sumptuous King sized 'Halo beds'. Includes Queen sized convertible sofas. 2BR will sleep up to 8.

Relax for some Après Ski at the resort recreation area complete with large heated pool and 4 outdoor whirlpool spas. Take in commanding views of the majestic Lake Tahoe as you soak in the sparkling outdoor pool or unwind in the whirlpool or sauna after a full day of outdoor activity.

Amazing property! Plenty of room for our party of 7. Location cannot be beat - literally steps away from the gondola and all the Heavenly Village shops and restaurants. The ski valet was also very convenient. 10/10, highly recommend.

Beautiful Property, Great Service!

Clean, well appointed, heart of South Tahoe gondola village, perfect. Property management was great. The valet service (both car and skis) are the best!

Heavenly Skiing

This is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are planning to ski at Heavenly. The property is right at the base of the gondola and the convenient location within the village can't be beat. Shops and restaurants as you walk out the door. The host is friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Nice stay at Heavenly - very convenient

This property is in the Marriott Timberlodge at Heavenly in South Lake Tahoe. You get the benefits of a Marriott (clean rooms, WiFi, gym-pool-hot tub access) along with the convenience of being right next to the loading area of the Gondola that takes you up the slopes. Additionally, there are a bunch of restaurants that are less than a 3 minute walk from your room. The owner is very responsive and collaborative. Two thumbs up!

Perfect location to bring in the New Year.

Our stay was wonderful and the host was very helpful and her response time was immediate. Our location was perfect; the Villa had the best view of the band and the fireworks. Tahoe was a bit crowded, but that was to be expected on New Years. It seems that the property is short staffed, but this is the new normal post COVID. However, the trip exceeded expectations!
