You’ll enjoy a huge wrap around balcony with the most stunning views on the marina. Little Italy is a chic, pedestrian- friendly neighborhood, packed with trendy cocktail bars and amazing restaurants! You`ll also find upscale clothing boutiques, pubs and breweries.

This stunning loft lets in SO much natural light and lets you sleep under the stars at night! As you enter the living space, a welcoming couch area awaits you with your very own smart TV so you never miss your favorite shows! Don’t forget to sit in our ultra modern hanging egg chair! You have AC upstairs and you can unwind on your large Queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen and stocked bathroom with all the major necessities.

You don`t want to miss the Little Italy Mercato Farmers Market every Saturday which draws crowds to enjoy its wide variety of produce, gourmet food and craft products. Little Italy truly has something for everyone!
Please note this unit is located near the airport, however, noise should not be an issue at all.

Peaceful stay with our dogs with great view and location

We were very grateful to book this last minute for a 4 night stay. There was a death in the family and needed to travel to San Diego with our dogs spare of the moment. The concrete floors were perfect. The wrap around corner balcony and sunsets. Being in the heart of charming Little Italy. Big comfy king bed. All we needed. We were very happy with our stay. The apt was quiet and peaceful. Clean, simple to the point. And great communication from the host, Carlos.

Do not rent!!!!!!! MySDrental Columbia unit. They have several in the building.

This was not the Bates Hotel, but definately a psycho experience. 1. Check-in was very difficult and misleading. 2. Information on unit did not pertain to 303. It was for 206 and it was misleading and inaccurate. 3. Received a key that did not open the lower door knob lock on front door, only opened front gate. Why have a lock on a door and not provide a key to open it. I had to call a locksmith on my own, pay the bill that evening to get my medication inside. Expensive! Very!! 4. The electronic deadbolt also had NO instruction on how to secure unit when leaving as well. Big mistake because it stays unlocked! Figured this out on our own once we paid the locksmith directly to get back in unit. 5. No help nor support from contact person Javier whoever he is? This women told me it was my fault for locking the lower lock. She was rude, and uncaring, and provided no help for us that night. The next day she was reasonable when we were on a 3 way call with VRBO. After the conversation with VRBO on the line she called me back again and was was rude, provided no restitution for my financial loss, and basically laughed in my face. Where is Javier? 6. No hot water in the mornings. I could go on... but you get the picture 7. The view was great, but the rental experience from MySDrental is not worth the view and certainly not the extra cost for misinformation and the hassle I experienced on vacation. 8. VRBO is looking into my complaint.

Great studio in San Diego

The studio architecture along with the location make this a 5 star place to stay. Great experience. We walked to all the major locations. Note: The temporary bed needs some additional bedding to truly accommodate four people. A top sheet, associated pillow case, and bigger blanket would be appreciated by your next guest.
