New independent house south facing with enclosed garden, quiet in a neighborhood, the sandy beach Amiets 150m.
House composed of:
- A living room with kitchen, dining room and sitting area
- A room with bed of 160cm (room1) in the rez of putting on, two rooms with bed of 140 cm on the floor and a room with bunk bed 90cm on the floor,
Bed linen is provided as well as towels, beds will be made upon arrival,
- a bathroom in the bedroom 1 walk-in shower and a bathroom with bathtub upstairs,
- separate WC on the ground floor,
- a toilet on the floor.
Facilities:
-Kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, wifi, TV.
-Society Games.
- The garden is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue.
- Weekly market Friday in Cléder, Saturday in Plouescat (Kerfissien Sunday in season),
- Leisure park at 50 m free access: tennis, mini golf, games for children, fitness trail
