Breezy Ocean View Waikiki Condo with Free Parking!

The pool and all associated amenities will be closed starting April 7, 2025, for an estimated duration of 10 to 14 months to accommodate the Recreation Deck renovation project.

Waikiki Banyan Ocean View Corner Condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, stove-range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the kitchen supplies you need to have an at home cooking experience while on vacation. This kitchen is complete with a dining table and chairs to accommodate all your seating needs. Please also enjoy the spacious living area that comes with a large tv, pull-out sofa, and two large chairs that will provide you with great comfort and relaxation during your stay.

This unit has a wonderful bedroom with 2 Queen Sized Beds and an ocean view from the window. The bedroom can be made private by the sliding partition doors or left open for a very spacious room. There is an amazing, renovated bathroom right off the bedroom which includes a detachable shower head. This bathroom is perfect to wash away all the sand and ocean from a great day spent at the beach which is only a few blocks away!

High quality inflatable beds are available upon request in advance of your stay. Please contact us directly prior to arrival.

This unit comes with FREE parking for one vehicle (saving up to $35 per day), FREE Wi-Fi internet, and TV with cable. There is A/C in the unit located in the living room. We hope you will take full advantage of all of the extras we provide for the ultimate vacation of your dreams!

Leave the Parking Pass on the Counter. The guards will let you out of the building. Just tell them you are checking out. Lost parking passes cost $200 to replace and I do not get the money either.

Great value stay

I visit Honolulu several times a year, and when you have a group of three or more, you need a spacious room. I've stayed in other units in this same building, and this one is above average. The unit provided everything you need at a fraction of the cost of hotels. The location, amenities, and free parking make it hard to beat. While some of the past comments, like stains on the couch, are true, overall, the place was a great value. I would suggest providing quality beach chairs, as we actually left one for the next guest.

Uncomfortable Stay

This building is old and needs many updates. While the location was convenient, the unit was not cleaned prior to our stay. There were cockroaches in the unit, the AC leaked, stains on the sofa, and the bathtub did not drain. There was no wifi, which was later fixed. All in all, this was an uncomfortable stay for a family of 4.

disappointing stay – outdated and poorly maintained

I was really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, this condo fell far below expectations. The entire property feels outdated, and the lack of functional amenities made things worse. There are only two elevators for the entire west tower, and they were frequently out of service, which made getting around the building frustrating. As for the condo itself, it was in poor condition. The interior felt dingy, and we immediately noticed issues with cleanliness. The sheets were dirty, the couch was in terrible shape, and the bathroom was no better—the tub was chipped, and the nozzle to turn on the shower was grimy and unpleasant to use. Overall, this place needs a serious update and better care. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

Mixed Experience

We recently stayed at this condo in Honolulu and had a mixed experience. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the free parking and great location - close to shopping, restaurants, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we liked that towels were provided. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Upon arrival, we had to sweep the floor ourselves, and the A/C vents were dirty, appearing to not have been cleaned in a while. More concerning, there were no smoke or CO2 detectors present. Additionally, the shower handle was broken, making it difficult to regulate water temperature. But the most disappointing aspect was finding cockroaches in the condo. While the location and amenities were great, the cleanliness issues overshadowed our stay. Unfortunately, due to these problems, we would not choose to stay at this condo again in the future. We hope the host will address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
