This pretty little house, built in 1720, is located right in the heart of the town of Saint-Philibert. It can accommodate 4 people.

With the sea at the end of the street, the shops just a stone\'s throw away and the beaches 10 minutes away by bike, this tastefully and carefully decorated house is a delight.

Summer or winter, for a weekend or a holiday, you will appreciate its charm, its comfort and its tranquility. No doubt you will want to come back very soon.
It will be ideal for a discovery stay in the Gulf of Morbihan.

On the ground floor, a superb living room welcomes you with its lounge area with a soft sofa, its dining area and its fully equipped kitchen. A shower room with toilet and a small laundry area complete the set.
Upstairs, two independent bedrooms are nicely decorated in warm tones.
A small courtyard equipped with garden furniture allows you to store bicycles and beach equipment.

Sheets and household linen provided compulsorily. The allocation includes sheets, 2 bath towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.
Possibility to park in the street in front of the house. Smoking is prohibited inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.

Note:
House not accessible for people with reduced mobility or walking difficulties (bedrooms upstairs).
The staircase must be used with caution by children and under the strict supervision of parents. It is an open staircase without a railing, with 2 wall-mounted handrails (see photos).
