SUMMER SEASON 4 NIGHT MINIMUM! (June- August) Approximately 5 miles from Main Street Traverse City, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath completely renovated minimalist home awaits. In the summer, enjoy the beaches and kayaking nearby. Wine tasting and restaurants abound in the city. Two queen beds and one king bed are on site, sleeping 6. The master is en suite. There is no walk in shower, just tub/shower combos. Spectacular views. No Pets, No Smoking please. Rental limit of 30 days. Fall and Spring Season 2 night minimum. (Change: no cable tv because no one was using it so streaming to smart tv only)

Wedding Stay

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week in July to attend my sisters wedding. The accommodations were perfect for us. The little gardens were an added pleasure. We enjoyed a quiet evening out back with a fire one night and it was so pleasant. Very quiet neighborhood and clean, clean home. Thank you.

Cute comfortable and clean!

The house was extremely clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and included everything we needed. We all slept great and throughly enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to rent this home on the Leelanau Peninsula again!

Excellent Stay, but Exterior Needs a Refresh

We had a wonderful stay at the VRBO house in Traverse City. The home was clean, well-kept, and felt very welcoming. The owner’s communication was excellent, and their friendliness made our experience even better. The house perfectly suited the purpose of our visit, and we were overall very pleased. That said, we did notice that the landscaping around the property, both in the front and back, didn’t quite match the photos on the listing. The trees and plants appear to be overgrown, making the house difficult to see from the road, and a couple of trees are nearly blocking the driveway. While this didn’t impact our stay inside the home, it would be great to see the exterior tidied up to reflect the well-maintained appearance shown in the photos.

Great Girls Weekend

This was a perfect house for three high school girlfriends. Each each had our own bedroom and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. The communication with Caroline was outstanding. Loved the house! The yard needs some attention such as weeding and trimming. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this rental.

Perfect Girls Weekend

This was the perfect place for a girls weekend. Close to great shopping in Traverse City and Suttons Bay as well as many wineries and sight seeing opportunities. Super clean, spacious home. Owner was most helpful and very responsive.
