This home offers a kitchen with an open floor plan, so the whole family can cook and sit down for meals together. There's a gas fireplace where you can get cozy with your loved ones while enjoying the wet bar, cable TV, and pool table. At night, choose between five bedrooms that give everyone room to spread out.

This home is located in a quiet community that's close to a host of lake activities. Walk to restaurants or do some shopping at the complex down the street. For a bit of fun for the whole family, Funland is within a short walk, featuring an arcade and miniature golf. Drive a short distance and find several marinas for boats, rentals, and other water activities. Lodestone Golf Course is also a few miles from your door, so get the golfers of the group together for a day on the course!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
