Our family loves coming to The Overlook. We’ve stayed a few times here and keep coming back. The hosts are so accommodating and amazing. They are always available to help with any questions you have. The hot tub is the highlight of our trip. The location of the cabin is so convenient to grocery and restaurants and any shopping you need. Wisp Resort is right down the road. I highly recommend staying here, it’s the best!

Our family had a wonderful time in this home. It was welcoming, comfortable, and clean. The hosts were the most responsive we've experienced in any of our stays, which is comforting when you're away from home and in someone else's. While the driveway was quite steep, and we got over a foot of snow while there, it was plowed very well, enabling us to continue using the garage (which helped when we got another 5 inches of snow the next day!). We also made plenty of use of the fantastic new hot tub while watching the snow fall.An overall wonderful home to stay in with wonderful and accomodating hosts. We couldn't have asked for a better visit!

Our family has always loved Deep Creek Lake. When we first started vacationing in the area it was always during the winter months. It was always beautiful, with a nice slow pace but plenty to do (and a lot more snow in the winter than where we live). As our children have gotten older, we find ourselves spending more and more time outdoors and especially around the water. So, we thought that if we could find a place at Deep Creek Lake it would be nearly perfect.
We run a small construction company that does residential building and remodeling. We have 3 children and consider ourselves to be very blessed.

Location! Location! Location!
4 Bed / 4 bath keeps everyone happy.
We love the cathedral ceilings and open floor plan.
Being steps away from the dock allows quick access to the lake without having to hop in the car.
With this quiet end of the street, you'd hardly know you're only minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of Wisp and Deep Creek. It's a win-win!

Large boulders on the property remind you that you're in the mountains. Dedicated slip gives you access to a great part of the lake. Games, various areas to hang out, deck with lake views, and the privacy you need.
