This stunning Penthouse has a Master bedroom, king bed, his and her sinks in the large privet bathroom, shower-heads and a large Jacuzzi tub, and doors that open up to the 1000 sq ft terrace. The second bedroom has two queen beds with a large shower and a semi private terrace. There is also a den with a queen Murphy bed, flat screen and a full three piece bathroom with shower. The two-bedroom penthouse allows up to eight guests to relax in 2,945 sq ft of space. The Penthouse has a warm, plush decor and the relaxed studio comes with free Wi-Fi, living and dining area fully equipped kitchen with marble counters and a wet bar, as well as a furnished balcony with ocean views.

Keep in mind that as I am a Timeshare owner, please note that the Suite Unit in not designated to a specific building /floor/Unit number: however all units have the same layout with slightly different decor. One great feature about this resort is that all the units have and Ocean View with balcony. They designed this resort in a such a way that all guests can take advantage of the spectacular views. The Grand Solmar has 2 Properties. Please look at both and we will try to accommodate. The resort also provides all inclusive options for food and drink. You can work directly with the resort to tailor the right option for you.
In Grand Solmar Land End you can take a quick walk to the Marina. This resort is close to downtown Cabo , so feel free to explore. The staff at both resorts are accommodating a helpful. Their is a small convenience store on premises to purchase extra items that you may need ant a very reasonable price.
Their is also a free shuttle that will transport you between resorts. So you can enjoy all the amenities of both Resorts. Please feel free to ask us any questions.
