Vantage La Toc -Villa with spectacular Caribbean Sea views, 10 min walk to beach

This beautiful, spacious villa has spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea that span north all the way to Martinique while nearer, the comings and goings in the Harbour make you feel part of the scene. It has been our home for over 60 years.
It is close to Castries city centre but feels like a country home; large property located in the La Toc neighbourhood where you can enjoy peace and quiet and a short 10 minute walk to the beach! 1 hour from Hewanorra International airport and St. lucia’s World heritage site, the magnificent Pitons in Soufriere
It is ideal for couples, families, special groups or wedding parties that will benefit from the spacious interior and beautiful sprawling garden. Sleeps up to 10 with additional crib is needed. The front patio has a bar area and gas BBQ so guests can enjoy gathering outside to prepare and enjoy a meal together.
Every room in the house has a beautiful view and from the patio lounge seating or beautiful teak dining table, day or night, vantage is breathtaking.

A little piece of paradise

We had a magical stay at Lily's property in Castries. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and the garden is beautifully tended. We enjoyed watching the sunrise behind the palm trees and spotting little frogs and hummingbirds. Lily was extremely kind and welcoming, and helped us arrange outings to different parts of the island. One of the most memorable stays we have ever had, thank you!

Beautiful house in paradise

Lilys house was large and open with wonderful breezes that kept it cool which made the bedroom a/c units unnecessary but still appreciated. It is exactly as shown and stocked very well in the kitchen. Bbq works fantastic. Very unique and beautiful house and Lily is fantastic to deal with and very helpful. Would stay here again if we ever go back. Thanks Lily

Everything Fabulous!

Lily has been a fantastic host…helping us with everything…from extra baby cots to tips for the best beaches and even helping arrange doctors appointments and a private chef coming at the house! The house is also dreamy…lots of space, has got everything you need to just relax in the breeze and enjoy the beautiful garden while picking delicious mangoes from the trees! Location wise, you’ll need a car to get to supermarkets and beaches but it’s all super easy to reach! Absolutely loved it!

Outstanding Harbor View

Two other couples joined us at the villa for a fantastic week. All the amenities we needed were available to us. We always felt safe. We spent most of our evenings at the villa sitting on the patio enjoying the view of Castries. The Villa overlooks the bay where the cruise ships port. One downfall was the beach. It was 10 minutes away but shared with Sandles Resort. and the public area was tiny. We did find many other beaches close by the villa. It was the perfect spot for the 6 of us.

Perfect Location

The property was very beautiful. The rooms were great sizes. Everything was clean. The location was perfect to everything you would like to do. The host stayed in contact with us and was able to answer questions as needed.

Vantage is our old family home. Set away from the hustle and bustle of Castries but close enough to see the ships, island hopping airplanes and Saint Lucia life.

What makes this property unique

The location and vantage from Vantage are unique. The home and garden offer space for guests to feel island living : sights , birdsong, quiet slow afternoons and freshly picked fruit, a walk to the beach. You will feel at home in the beautiful Caribbean breeze and sunshine.
