House is beautiful. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect. There was three full bathrooms along with a half bath out by the pool. There was also an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off after the beach. The house also had two snorkel masks to use for the beach. The house actually had two kitchens and two washing machines. It had everything we needed and more and was very close to Rodney bay marina and pigeon island.

Kai Mama Drew will always remain in a special place in our hearts. Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our time at this villa. Time slowed as our one week felt longer and we returned well rested and heartbroken that we had to leave. Finding the place was a breeze as Richard gave not only a location pin but also a short clip that made driving there very easy to follow. The pics definitely matched what we encountered once we got there and the villa had everything you can think of from a treadmill to various appliances for any aspect of living you can think of. We took advantage of every amenity available to us as both our hosts provided easy access to them when questions arose. 100 out of ten we give the total experience and look forward to our second stay here.
