Magnificent Villa, extremely pleasant to live in. It is located on the edge of the village of Poggiale, with a view of its infinity pool (11mx5m) and the Corsican maquis,
The house is located on a plot of 3,000m², with breathtaking mountain views.
It is located near Pianottoli Caldarello, 12 minutes from the beaches and coves of Figari bay.
The two rooms, in independent construction, were built with a flat roof, in order to integrate into the landscape and leave a superb view of the maquis.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
We have furnished and equipped it for all our family, with great comfort, as well for bedding, as for equipment in household appliances, dishes etc ...
Close to everything: Bonifacio 15km, Porto Vecchio 20km, Pianottoli 6km, Figari 6km. All shops available on Pianotolli at 6km.

Amazing!

Beautiful house, perfectly equipped, very quiet, nice view. Perfect area for relaxing. The Pool has perfect size. The owner, Jean-Marie, is very helpful and aware.

Perfect, Convenient Stay

Had the most incredible time at Jean Marie’s property! The location was incredibly convenient to get to the airport, grocery stores, beaches, restaurants, and wineries. Also loved how an ice cream shop is across the street so we could have daily ice cream treats! The outdoor space is stunning and the pool is huge for the property size. Lastly, we fell in love with all the village pets that come to visit!

A little piece of paradise

We had a fantastic time. The house(es) are wonderful. Very well designed and fuenished, a the inside and outside, the pool, the garden and flowers. Just a dream. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Pure pleasure with a magnificent view.

It has been a fantastic stay! The view is fantastic, great location for beaches and city trips, we love the well equiped kitchen. In short, the house is a pure pleasure to stay in. The separate bedrooms make the house feel larger and with the open kitchen your living space stretched half of the already large plot. We will be back for sure!

The Dream Vacation

This amazing house was our base for a 9 days vacation enjoying the southern part of Corsica. For a family of 4 this was the perfect setting. Amazing kitchen with all the utensils and kitchen hardware you can dream of. Two superb separate houses with own bath. The garden and the pool was the icing on the cake. Can not recommend this enough and dear Jean-Marie you are sitting on a diamond. Thank you for your amazing hospitality and the service/support from Herve. Loved it all

Kleines Paradies auf Korsika

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Jean-Marie. Das Haus und Grundstück sind wirklich wunderschön - wie ein kleines Paradies. Der Pool ist ein wahrer Traum und die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles war sauber, modern, komfortabel und einfach wunderschön.Jean-Marie war ein grandioser Gastgeber. Bereits nach der Buchung haben wir uns persönlich gesprochen und er hatte jede Menge Empfehlungen und Hinweise für uns. Von Restaurants, über Supermärkte, Aussichtspunkte, Strände usw. Wir haben uns stets gut betreut gefühlt.Ohne Jean-Marie und seine Unterkunft, wäre unser Urlaub auf Korsika wirklich nur halb so schön gewesen. Wir können das Haus daher jedem wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour, le logement est parfait, tout le nécessaire est déjà sur place. La piscine est incroyable ! Jean-Marie est un véritable rayon de soleil ! Il nous a contacté en amont afin d’organiser notre arrivée et nous a communiquer des points gps, des adresses, de petits détails qui ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Wunderschöne Ferienwoche

Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern, wunderschön gelegen auf sehr grosser Fläche abseits des Trubels. Mega Ausblick, sehr grosser sauberer Pool. Wir sind als Familie zu fünft mit Hund gereist. Platz genug zum verweilen und zurück zu ziehen. Die Küche mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Betten sehr bequem und gemütlich. Restaurant und Strand Tips waren super. Kontakt und Nachfrage zu Jean Marie und Herve wurden direkt beantwortet, tolle Vermieter mit wunderschönem Anwesen. Kommen sicher wieder, sehr zu empfehlen! Liebe Grüsse aus der Schweiz

Un havre de paix

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans une très belle maison dotée de tout confort et avec une superbe piscine. Dans un village calme, en pleine nature, mais toujours très proche de toutes commodités.
