Would have been a great stay except for 2 big issues

I’ve stayed at this resort many times and this was a good condo, except I was directly underneath a unit being renovated. Had I known there would be construction going on right above me, I would have chosen a different unit. It was impossible to relax during the day. I tried to contact management, about it but no response. There was an incident where a man knocked on our door and offered my young child $50 to come inside and “look around the unit” because he wanted to purchase a property. I caught the tail end of this and once I got more info from my kids I confronted him and got security. This was so creepy and unsafe and he had no business being on the property. Security responded quickly and I was told he was brought there by a known realtor who had told the man “not to do it” but he did it anyway which is very shady and made no sense. This put a huge damper on our stay, because we didn’t feel safe. When I tried to contact management, no one answered the phone.

Paradise

The property is beautiful and constantly maintained. The condo was very comfortable and in November with the doors open at night to the gulf was just spectacular. Condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. The furniture has changed some from the listing pictures but that actually benefited us because there were six of us and the pullout helped a lot. Pretty convenient to Wrecked but a good way out of town. If you wanted to do things in town just know it’s about a 5-10 minute drive to most of it. We can’t wait to return someday soon.
