The first floor condo enjoys amazing ocean views, tasteful interior design and furnishings making this condo the jewel of the Las Marietas. Fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with every convenience you require such as microwave, wine fridge, ice maker, washer dryer, outdoor Grill, Sonos sound system, Apple TV and Netflix.
Please note there is a 3% service fee that will be sent as an additional payment request through VRBO and payable on booking.
Rental includes daily housekeeping, and as part of that service the housekeeper will prepare a delicious home cooked family style meal each day - breakfast or lunch - you just pay for the cost of the food! Also includes 6 seat golf cart and your personal concierge.
