All services are within walking distance, including the popular Root Cellar on McKenzie. Downtown Victoria, parks and seaside beaches are all within a short drive. The apartment is very quiet and comfortable, with all amenities provided, including a fullsize washer and dryer. The bedroom has a king size bed, and a large amount of closet storage. The queensize sofabed is very comfortable, so an extra guest can be accommodated as well. We have included many kitchen staple supplies for your convenience, and quality soaps, body wash, shampoo and laundry supplies in the sparkling clean bathroom.

The space is a purpose-built, self-contained apartment. The construction methods used mean that very little noise travels between the apartment and the rooms above, so quiet enjoyment of the bright and sunny space is certain.
