Comfortable cottage with pool, landscaped garden, scrubland and Pic Saint Loup

Welcome to Gites de la Caumette: 4 Gîtes "all comfort", with private pool, at the foot of Pic Saint Loup, between the Cevennes and the Mediterranean, 30 km north of Montpellier in the Herault. Let yourself be seduced by the calm and beauty of the place.
The cottage COQUELICOT is a cozy little nest for 4 people. All the amenities of a single-storey house with 2 bedrooms in 45m² + 2 private terraces front and rear with garden furniture.
Ideally designed for a couple with 2 children, it will also be appreciated by couples wanting more space.
The "parents" room has a double bed (140 x 200) and a large dressing room. The second bedroom, equipped with two bunk beds (90 x 200) will delight the children. All beds have duvets and pillows.
The bathroom offers a large bath with shower curtain, vanity unit with a large mirror and toilet.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed (140 x 190), an armchair, a small desk, a storage shelf and is equipped with a flat screen TV (TNT channels) with connectors to connect your cameras , camcorders or game consoles ...
All the cottages are swept by the FREE INTERNET Wi-Fi.
The equipped kitchen area includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle + crockery and cookware.
The furniture, besides the table and the 4 chairs, you reserve many tidying up.
A washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal in a laundry room common to the 4 gîtes.
The Gîtes de la Caumette have a private parking, a bowling green, a table tennis (outdoor) and a play area for children. You also have FREE access to the communal tennis court (800m).
The secure pool (10m x 5m) is open from April to October and the terrace is equipped with sun loungers.
The two terraces "ZEN" welcome you to read quietly or have a drink.
Two barbecues are at your disposal.
A Pool House will allow you to share with us "Co-Gîteurs" meal nights at your convenience (July / August).

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gîte Coquelicot est très bien équipé, très propre, fidèle au descriptif. Le cadre est splendide, merveilleusement entretenu, verdoyant et agrémenté de petits îlots de tranquillité. De plus la région est vraiment à découvrir (villages médiévaux, domaines viticoles et des activités sportives pour tous les goûts). Un grand merci à Mireille pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.
