This luxurious property offers relaxation and comfort with access to Little Bay (a private secluded bay only accessible from our community) .The beach and infinity pool are both just a short walk through this beautifully landscaped community that is gated and secure. This unit offers an extra thick queen size mattress on the bed with built in storage and a garden view. Newly Modern gourmet style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and cookware. A large tiled shower with rainfall shower head and a large window overlooking garden. WIFI, Flat screen TV , sofa sleeping couch and a variety of water sport equipment. House keeper, massage therapist and private JUTA driver/ ( fees apply) tour director available (snorkel gear, pool floats). Mini mart is on site next to infinity pool.

Many visits to local resorts later we decided we wanted to get off the resorts and explore the county meeting many friends along the way. Over the years we saw the development of Little Bay Country Club, we loved the location and sheer beauty of the development so we spoke with a local friend of ours who introduced us to the right people and we reached our goal and bought our own home. We kept our studio to ourselves for the first year and are now sharing it with the world as a vacation rental after buying a second unit.

Why they chose this property
this property offers the beautiful and secluded Little Bay. Little Bay is away from the hustle and bustle of nearby Bloody Bay and & 7 mile beach keeping it very private, clean and safe. The Bay is located in a fish sanctuary which means you can not access the beach by motorized boat making this the ideal place for swimming, snorkeling and even scuba diving from shore. The infinity pool overlooking the bay is and is a great place to hang out and meet new friends. The pool,the beach and the grounds meticulously cared for by the maintenance crews. Staff and security guards are all very friendly and it is easy to strike up a conversation or get advice on local restaurants, bars and tours.
What makes this property unique
Privacy is the best way to describe this property. My husband and I have been on the beach many times alone or with only 1 or two other couples or families. We often sit outside under the shelter of the car port in the evenings listening to the chirping frogs and gazing at the stars.
