Lovely residence and located close to everything

Really enjoyed how nice the space was designed and how close it was to so many things. Walking distance to downtown and many restaurants and shops. Would def stay here again and would encourage others to as well.

The Perfect Weekend

The apartment was the perfect place for a mother/daughter weekend. The apartment is super clean, comfy and stylish, with great water pressure ! Who knew that could be something to get excited about ? The location, a couple of blocks away from everything groovy in Bentonville, was terrific. The stairs leading up to the apartment offset all of the tasty things we ate - at least that's what we told ourselves. We loved the place to keep our bikes, the nearby trails were delightful addition to our weekend And the chickens - just an extra treat. Thank you for sharing your space with us !

We have called Northwest Arkansas home since 1990. Having had the opportunity to live and work in 4 different countries across Europe and Asia, we have enjoyed bringing home treasures from afar and have used several to decorate the Carriage House.

Why they chose this property

We bought our historic home in 2014 when it was at risk of being torn down for new development. Originally built in the 1890’s by a Civil War veteran who was instrumental in the early growth of Bentonville, we wanted to preserve and restore this Historic Preservation Trust property. We built the Carriage House apartment in 2019 and want others to enjoy this historic property and wonderful location just off the historic downtown Bentonville square!
