Amazing condo in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and immaculate. I would highly recommend for your next stay in Bentonville.

I highly recommend this condo. It is close (walking distance) to downtown which made our stay so much more fun. It was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick to answer messages and helped us find great restaurants, etc. I plan to return. Great experience! Thanks so much!

We have stayed at the unit on other occasions, and continue to find it clean and comfortable. Walking/riding access to the square and bike trail is a plus as well.

Excellent!

This was a lovely condo and we would definitely chose again. We have been several times to Bentonville and stayed at other VRBO properties but this will be our "go to" in the future. Location was brilliant - walking distance to the town square and excellent restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked and presented. There is an elevator to the third floor and this worked well for us. Highly reccomend this property.

Lovely Stay!

Stayed for a girls weekend get away. The apartment was bigger than it looked online. Loved that the bedrooms were separated from each other and each with its own bathroom.The location could not have been better. We walked to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Conveniently LOCATED

Very, very clean! The furniture and fixtures all look newly decorated. It is roomy. It is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking utensils but you will need to obtain your own spices and food. It is very well located in within walking distance of cute boutiques, museums, trails, the Crystal Bridge Museum and restaurants. We especially liked the Italian restaurant only about two blocks away.

Excellent stay in Bentonville

We had a wonderful time staying in the condo. As advertised, it is just off the square and close to everything. Check-in was easy and the condo was clean/spotless. The condo is wonderfully appointed and had everything that we needed for our stay - plenty of room, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable, very clean. We enjoyed several days of mountain biking followed by evenings out on the square. When we left some important papers behind after our departure, Patrick responded quickly and put them in the mail to us. We were so lucky to book with him. We will definitely stay here when we next visit Bentonville - an excellent experience.

They allowed us to check in one hour early which was helpful. Apartment was very clean and updated. Very comfortable. I really am only taking away one star because the elevator was broken and apt is on third floor. Not a huge issue for us but would have been nice to know beforehand if we had any physical issues making stairs difficult.
