Sail Away to this charming Abbey Springs nautical nest, professionally decorated in January of 2023! Enjoy three levels of space to unwind. Located among the tall trees and surrounded by golf courses, you will enjoy scenic wooded views throughout. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated with modern upgrades and contemporary finishes. While the lower level has an open style family room and flat screen TV, upper level contains the kitchen, cozy living room area, flat screen TV, and two bedrooms. Take the artistic winding staircase to the upper loft which offers another bedroom. This three bedroom, two bath condo is sure to provide the relaxation you are seeking.

*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.

**Please note that the condo next door is undergoing a renovation, so there can be construction noise heard from inside the unit**
*Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license to operate.

*Fireplace in living room is non functional

*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

Beautiful property and location. Everything was great about our stay. Our only problem was that the gate did not have our information when we arrived, but once we arrived at the condo we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Another wonderful week at Abbey Springs

We returned to Sail Away at Abbey Springs for the second time this summer, and as expected, we had an amazing week. The condo is great, and the resort is quintessential Wisconsin. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful week at Sail Away

We (2 adults, 2 children ages 5 and 7) stayed at Sail Away at Abbey Springs during a week in June 2025, and we had an amazing time. The cabin was very well appointed, the location of it in the resort is excellent, and the golf cart was a blast to use to explore the expansive property. Would highly recommend staying at Sail Away if you're looking to spend time in the Lake Geneva / Williams Bay / Fontana area.

Family fun!!

Condo is great and amenities at Abbey Springs was perfect for a relaxing and fun get away for my family! We went in July Monday - Wednesday. Will definitely come back!

The property was smaller then I expected. There are 2 bedrooms 1 with a king bed and the 2nd has 2 twin beds and a loft with a queen. There is a bathroom on the lower level with a washer and dryer. The main floor host the second bathroom. The space offers 2 fireplaces. Unfortunately there were signs that we could not use them, which was disappointing. The golf cart was a fun addition. We ate at the yacht club which was enjoyable and offered a beautiful view.

Everything was great. A few issues: 1- could not get vertical blinds to swing open 2- wood panel above microwave fell off the wall- came close to injuring someone standing at the stove- left it on the counter

This VRBO was a little tired. It really needs some TLC. The pictures are a little misleading especially the bedrooms, since the twin beds and the second queen are above each other with a spiral staircase.The garage was very musty and golf cart is vintage. A little welcome gift (most places have) would make you feel appreciated. Overall it worked and was clean but not really what was expected.

Our stay was enjoyable but this unit needed a bit of an overall cleaning & small repairs coffee maker didn’t works dining room chair legs were ‘wiggly’ & seat cushions stained…upstairs outlet next to bed was 1/2 way out of the wall so unasable & upper deck screen hard to open—

Not Fun

When we arrived the outside areas had not been cleaned in who knows how long—complete mess. The property should inform people that extensive steps are involved in getting luggage to sleeping areas. The ice maker did not work. The coffee maker took the better part of one hour to make 12 cups of coffee.

Fantastic place!

My family and I use this rental is a getaway and could not ask for more. Incredible amenities including lake in pool access. Nice brand new kitchen with a fun deck to cookout on.
