Primary bedroom w/ private balcony & walk-in-closet w/ large, full en-suite bathroom w/ oversized soaking tub & dual sinks. Walk-out main level hosts 3rd bedroom with king bed and spacious 4th bedroom (2 bunk beds) as well as a den w/ 2nd stone fireplace, bathroom, & laundry room w/ ample storage. 2 story foyer. I really enjoy creating spaces that make for people getting together and making memories. In my spare time I love to travel and spend as much time as I can with my wife and two kids.
Why they chose this property
My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in Southern Wisconsin. We loved the Geneva Lake area and decided to stay at a small condo in Abbey Springs. We loved the area, proximity to Chicago and all of the amenities that Abbey Springs offered. We fell in love with it and knew it would be a fantastic place to bring our kids and have our own little getaway from the hustle and bustle of the big city.
What makes this property unique
This home has been nicely updated and sits on the backside of Abbey Springs. We like that the home is spacious and doesn't have a neighboring home on either side, making it a little more private and surrounded by a little more nature. Having 4 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms meant that we could easily accommodate a large number of guests and provide ample sleeping options. The main living area is spacious and is great for gathering. We spend a lot of time in the screened in porch and both kids and adults love the hot tub.
