LAKE GENEVA HOME WITH POOL 2 BLOCKS FROM LAKE-BEACH-SWIM PIER

When you enter Cannonball Cabin you are welcomed into the gracious great room that boasts 20 foot wooden beam ceilings and 2 walls of windows facing the yard and pool. Our home features a large in-ground pool surrounded by a half acre yard to explore. There are several hammocks perfect for an afternoon snooze, and plenty of seating areas around the pool. We provide tons of outdoor games and pool toys, inflatables and floaties, and toys to bring to the sandy beach just a couple blocks away!

The great room has a fireplace, 2 dining areas, and several gathering areas for plenty of guests. The chef's kitchen features brand new high end appliances with a weber grill just off the back deck. All the amenities you could ask for are available, the kitchen is fully stocked with spices from Lake Geneva Spice Company, tons of pots and pans, and service for 12.

The home offers several different areas for entertainment. The main living area has a cozy sectional sofa in front of the stone fireplace, and a large TV with cable channels available plus streaming access with top of the line speakers, perfect for game day. There is a massive hand made dining room table with plenty of room to seat everyone for a beautiful meal or a big game of cards.

There is a secondary dining area that is perfect for a game of chess or checkers, or putting together your favorite puzzle while overlooking the pool. Next to this dining area is a cozy book nook for those who would prefer some quiet time. We provide tons of books and games for your entertainment.

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The main suite has a king memory foam bed with lots of cozy pillows and the softest linens and a TV in case you need break from the group. This room has its own en suite bathroom and a large closet so you can move right in during your stay. The second bedroom also has a lovely queen sized foam mattress and beautiful folk art that has been collected throughout the years. This bedroom has a large closet. The full hall bath has a tub that is just right for bath time or relaxing after a long hike or swim.

The upstairs bedroom is perfect for fun filled sleepover parties! The large room has a queen sized bed along with 3 trundle twin beds, so all the friends/cousins//kids can stay up late into the night giggling about their adventures from earlier in the day. There are tons of cozy pillows and blankets along with a few lovies in case anyone forgets theirs at home. We have a pack and play with bedding on site as well as a baby bath.

Cannonball Cabin is only a 7 minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva, and is a 2 block walk to Linn Pier and beach. You can launch your boat off of Linn Pier! We offer plenty of parking for your boat, trailer, and several cars. You can also walk the lakefront path which meanders along the coastline to view Lake Geneva's gracious waterfront homes, and take a 3 mile walk to town. This home is perfect for family gatherings and could easily accommodate 2-3 families comfortably. You won't want to leave!

****Parties with greater than 8 adults guests will pay an additional $30/person/day.

This was such a nice space for a large group. We had our annual book retreat here. There were plenty of large comfortable couches to spread out on, a nice wood stove to keep us comfortable, and a kitchen with plenty of settings for us. We appreciated all the creature comforts and thoughtful touches like a universal charger conveniently placed by the couch, plenty of makeup rounds, and tons of games to play, I’d definitely recommend this place, such a great spot!

This Lake Geneva home was perfect for our family getaway! The fenced-in yard was great for our dogs, the adults enjoyed the games, and even our infant grandson was perfectly content. We had a fabulous time staying here! With 8 kids ranging from 7 years old to late teens, the house had everything that everyone needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool was perfect, and the yard is large enough for kids to run around in. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at this home in Lake Geneva. This owners were very responsive with all of our questions leading up to our stay. I had issues with the lockbox upon arrival and called the owner, she answered immediately and helped us through our issue very quickly. The place was very clean and ready for guests. Great long weekend to kick off summer!

We had a great stay! The property location was great for us to be able to enjoy Lake Geneva and explore the other areas (William's Bay and Lake Delavan). The pool was key- we have stayed in other rentals in the area, but never had a private pool to enjoy. There is plenty of space for 2 families here. We will definitely stay again!!!

Enjoyed spending time in Lake Geneva and at the house to relax and spend time together as a family. Incredible decorating - felt like an Anthropologie ad. Our group of 8 adults had an amazing weekend at this home. Conveniently located to the lake, incredible large pool, and comfortable space inside the home. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, great living space and kitchen. The owners were incredibly accommodating and communicative. Our only minor complaint is that the water smelled pretty sulfur-y so showers got a little stinky, but there was an excellent cooler system for drinking water so otherwise not an issue. Would definitely return!!!

Incredible Time!

Between the communication and cleanliness of this house, we couldn't have had a better time. The only downfall was that without a heated pool, you really rely on the weather to heat the water. The kids didn't care but it was too cold for the adults. Perfect location and a perfect house for 2 families. The owners were responsive, checked in daily, and made us feel really welcome. We will be back!!

Lake Genevacation

We had a great time and LOVED having a pool. The owners answered our questions immediately. There were so many games to play we didn't have time to do everything. Our kids were so happy to have a pool of their own and the loft sleeping worked out well. Anyone looking to go to a bigger beach, we really enjoyed Williams Bay-free parking! Picked up pizza at Geno's East Saturday night rather than drag the kids out and that was a perfect last night plan....more POOL time! It was easy to get to downtown Lake Geneva and the Thursday Farmer's Market was awesome. Hope we can book this house again.

Perfect for Friends & Family

We stayed here to extend our Memorial Day holiday. It was perfect for our group of 8. The interior is beautifully updated. We’ve rented lake homes in the past and usually the homes are pretty outdated. Not this one. We loved it so much! Perfect for our little group with very comfortable accommodations for all. The pool is in full sun so it was warm and we were lucky to have nice weather. We enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. The owners also provide lots of games, indoor and outdoor, for all ages to enjoy. Morning walks to the beach and pier are easy. Can’t recommend this place enough. We look forward to returning again!

Why they chose this property

Our home is ideally located 2 blocks from the lake and Linn Pier beach and bait drop. We are close enough to downtown to take the lakefront path, but far enough away to feel like you’ve escaped the hustle and bustle of every day life. Our home is unique in that it has a pool. You can host 2-3 families for the cost of one hotel room!

What makes this property unique
